Clearly we should relocate the club to Brittany and win the French League or as they say in France 'Le French League. Rodney.'

Another Quinn cracker was a hooked volley against Bristol Rovers in 1993/94 IIRC. The man was quality.

Was there. Painful. Woke up each morning for a week after and that was the first thought in my head.

Archie put a penalty against Swindon in the other corner a few weeks back and thought he'd do the same... oh well.

Cracking game, we really did deserve to go up.

Madejski

Anyone else see him speak at the IOD Conference yesterday?

He was quite funny. He talked about not wanting to get into Europe but if we did that "we would give it our best shot, as we do at everything."

Also mentioned the dreaded second season syndrome.

I saw this on page 407 of ITV teletext. He also said Wenger was clever in moaning about bias against his side that resulted in the referee not giving Reading much against Arsenal. As I didn't see the game, I couldn't possibly comment on that, but it sounds about right regarding Wenger being a tosse...

Interesting comments. Just going through my phone pics from yesterday and was reminded of a very drunken conversation I had with a copper who was on a police horse. I gave him my phone to take a picture of me and some mates and he was cool about it. Not all bad then. I think we saw you before the g...

They often use police blocks in roads around Highbury to allow traffic through and to reduce congestion in and around the tubes.

For a 60,000 capacity ground in Zone 2 of London I think it clears pretty quickly.

I think he's a touch arrogant and he prefers a night out in Bristol to one in Reading. And he wears yellow boots...

Marcus is good enough. He was at fault for the goal but his mistakes will always be highlighted.

Get off his back and support him.

I thought DLC was good today and linked up with Little really well in the second half.

Lita was worse but I thought he had a tough job up front after Doyle went off.

Not at all. Graham Poll has pulled his calf so Sly is going to referee. I hope that clears up the confusion for you.

I think it is difficult for wide players to be consistent as they don't always get enough of the ball to look effective in every match. I think Seol's final ball or shot is quite high quality and for that reason I think he's been a generally good signing. £1.2 or £1.5 million or whatever he cost i...

Brilliant post Floyd. Spot on about RFC in the FA Cup... more nightmares than dreams. The first FA Cup Final that I watched on telly was 1987 Coventry v Spurs. What a magic day it used to be. It has certainly lost something in recent years. Probably down to the fact that only Chelsea, Liverpool, Ars...

Re: Without our Henry & Drogba........

Our team has received alot of praise for our performances this season so far and rightly so. I think what is really remarkable is that it has been acheived with the abscence of our top goal scorer of the last two seasons. How would Chelsea and Arsenal have done if their top scorers had been missing...
