Reading's season ended in disappointment last Saturday as they missed out on the play-offs in the final few minutes of the season - but it was one of the better performances of the season. It was our inconsistency that let us down over the whole season. But what do you think were the best and worst Reading FC performances this season? It's now time to vote in the annual Hob Nob Anyone? End of Season Awards for 2013/2014.

The awards have been running since the 1994/1995 season and past player of the season winners have included Phil Parkinson and Darren Caskey. Scott Howie won the award for most improved player two seasons in a row. But who will it be this season? This time last year 86% of you thought that Reading would either earn automatic promotion or at least a play off finish. That turned out to be narrowly wrong. Will Reading fans be that optimistic for the new season this time round?

Meanwhile the collated votes for Reading FC man of the match awards across the whole season sees Danny Guthrie and Pavel Pogrebnyak at the top of the pile. Guthrie was voted man of the match 6 times and Pogrebnyak picked up eight man of the matches. Nearly all of those awards were at the start of the season as the two players flew into an early lead. The second half of the season belonged to players like Williams and Obita.
