With Wycombe Wanderers being non-league until recent history, there's not much competitive history between the two clubs. However, Reading fans will be pleased to know that Reading have won five of our nine encounters in the league and the cups. Our only FA Cup meeting came back in the 1976/1977 season - with Reading 2-1 winners at Wycombe's place. In the League Cup Wycombe put us out over two legs in the 1996/1997 season.

Our league meetings over the past two and a half season have seen four wins for the Royals and a single win for Wycombe Wanderers - who can forget out 3-5 stuffing at Adams Park two seasons ago?
