Re: Rumour - the return of Pele

Yay. ANOTHER central midfielder! Ok so he was good, but weren't we saying we were well impressed by Rino and Laurent? Pele is good for sure, but how many do we need? How about bringing in a proper winger so we don't need to play non-wingers out wide, if money is a problem, which it is. What happens...

Puscas 5 - He is not a loan striker at all.

Totally agree - I'm certain he was a permanent transfer. £8million or so IIRC.

Re: BFTiFollow - Luton (h) - Carabao Cup

What was actually the point of fielding last night’s side? Was he hoping to discover an entire 2nd team made up of kids that could compete in the championship? Surely he’d learn something fielding a team that had a remote chance of progressing. So that then he had another chance of learning about c...

Re: BFTiFollow - Luton (h) - Carabao Cup

Puscas is one of Europe's best young forwards. I bet he honestly cannot believe what has happened to him since he came here. He might as well not have played last night. Bet he can't wait to leave, and I would not blame him at all. Yes he was poor but what exactly do you expect from him? To both fa...

Re: BFTiFollow - Luton (h) - Carabao Cup

Old Man Andrews It is an issue. The manager has been here 5 minutes and is already being mocked for having an unusual, foreign name by xenophobes. You carry on defending that though yeah.

These days in England if you have a normal name you get arrested and thrown in jail. These days.

Re: BFTiFollow - Luton (h) - Carabao Cup

First crack in the manager's performance. And it's a fairly big crack. Agree with most of your good post but just need to take issue with this. The poor guy has only been here 5mins, hasn’t seen these fringe players play before and throws them all on in a cup game to learn and this is somehow a big...

Puscas 5 - He is not a loan striker at all. Totally agree - I'm certain he was a permanent transfer. £8million or so IIRC. Agree with most of your post, will only pick on areas I don't agree with i.e Baldock's rating. He's still a cut above the rest. I mean, Puscas stood there picking his nose when...

Puscas picking his nose and scratching his balls while the ball trickles in front of him just needing a tap in. Aluko - actually the best of the bunch, but still nowhere near enough justifying his wage Tetek - looked pretty good Southwood - looked not bad Ararararanana - did some nice things Otherwi...

Re: BFTifollow - Derby

Out of interest, has anyone managed to connect to iFollow using a VPN? Our daughter lives in the US and has bought a US season pass for iFollow but wants to know if she can still watch in the UK via a VPN when travel restrictions are lifted. Don't take anything I say as ghospel BUT Last time I look...

Re: BFTifollow - Derby

Good points made above so I won't echo. Ratings and comments all fair. I'll only add: - Olise , good of course and I like him but I counted THREE times he tried to do what I can only call, I don't know.. a Gilkesy. You'd have thought he would learn from the first one or two times, that he wasn't goi...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Derby County (a) sponsored by things to come

Let's make no mistake: we were brilliant today. Call it Pauno, call it honeymoon, call it luck. Whatever I don't care. First the comeback against Colchester, now this. 2 games , 2 emphatic deserved wins. Whatever it is is great and long may it continue. I echo the concerns of others here obviously t...

Just saw highlights now. Much as we like to knock Aluko he had some nice touches and it was his tenacity that lead to the third.

João 10 Well Hallelujah, someone else not afraid to dish out 10s I gave João a 10 the first time I saw him play for us not just for the performance but what he brought to the team. Was very excited to see him gel in. I've not seen a 10 since for any player since, including from me. Good to see I'm ...

kwik-silva It was £10 for midweek games pre-coronavirus too, only difference is that now all games will be on there. And this will continue for as long as grounds are below 50% capacity.

So basically it's a permanent thing for Reading.
