Re: Reading v Aston Villa information.

Not happy about this, phoned up and bought a season ticket reserved seat yesterday and he assured me that the seat next to it was available but couldn't be purchased by anyone else until 9am today. Clearly not.

Re: 5 Home games in a row in 18 days!

Crikey. I'll have to keep a lid on the "incidentals". Normally do a pint or two in the concourse and the same in the hotel after. Chuck in the odd pie and pop for the kids and I'd need a second mortgage. On the plus side, the parking season ticket is proving good value. You drive after ha...

Re: WBA F.A Cup Replay - Official Match Thread

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/fa_cup/8528830.stm Sigurdsson curled in superbly from 25 yards to win it and there was a melee at the end, with Jobi McAnuff sent off. The red card was shown after the final whistle, with players, stewards and officials all involved as McAnuff was shown red ...

Re: Whilst shirt sponsorship has been announced...

... I can't help think that we hve missed a trick. Both Aston Villa and Sheffield Wednesday have "donated" shirt sponsorship to local charities in return for NO financial renumeration. Considering that Sheff Wed are some £30m in debt makes it an extra-ordinary gesture. I think it is a sha...

It was working out to be about £80 - £90. Anyone know a cheap way of doing it? no idea where you are travelling from but an adult off ...

Re: Trouble Alert

Loads of trouble unfortunately. Had my camera with me and a fair bit is filmed, will be youtubing in shortly. That's clever. Get some people nicked  Maybe 'some people' shouldn't be behaving in a way that might get them nicked. Get those Bute Town Chavs out of our league. Or just have some st...

Re: Trouble Alert

I certainly wouldn't have given them the whole of the South stand. Be interesting to see what happens if we get a draw down there next week. I'd like to see us banning the away fans for the return game, but doubt it would happen. Last time I went to Cardiff, we had to remain in the ground til the h...

Re: Trouble Alert

Horses on the pitch? I think that's a bit OTT. Not really. The police were losing control on the far side near the West Stand with Cardiff fans were on the perimeter track throwing punches. The horses were a wise move. To be fair, I thought the stewards and TVP handled it reasonably well. This was ...

Re: Mad Stad To double in size

The 17 Bus Mad stad is to be extended in size, rows are to be further apart so oiks cant put feet on the seats in front. Work is to start on the south and North stands first, with the east happening later if there is the demand.

Cool.

Re: Next season's shirt

Why do they bother saying 4.30 when it's 5 to 5 and still nothing. They never said anything about posting pics at 4.30, only that the launch is at 4.30. That was for a select few (sponsors, staff, competition winners). Give them a chance to get through that before they post anything eh? They are cl...
