Turnstyle suspicions.......

Queing to enter the North Stand Gate 6 yesterday I noticed a number of people getting to the front of the queue to enter a turnstyle before turning around, leaving the queue and then going to join the queue for the next turnstyle. It seemed they had "friends" already in the ground advising...

In the event of Pens.....

Hahnemann or Federici ?
Worth keeping a crafty substitution in last minute of extra-time to bring Federici in for a shoot out ?(should he fail to score the winner of course :)

Re: Back From The Game - Barnsley

After a dire first half, I actually though the last 30 minutes was quite promising for the play offs. When SHunt was taken off and Kebe moved to the left, Reading actually started to play well down both flanks with the full-backs joining each of the wide men. For all his faults, Kebe did more down t...

Re: 4-4-2

A couple of points : Although Kebe is frustrating at times, I still thought that he was the likeliest creator of chances yesterday - much more so than SHunt who has the control of a wall. Also, I don't think the state of the pitch is helping either Kebe or Rosenior in their link up play - both seem ...

Re: Back from the (last PL) game

Fantastic atmosphere and a great day until 14 minutes to go - any other time Pompey would stuff Fulham.
Fans were great, team played like a team, Derby were truely awful and will struggle in the fizzy pop league next year on that performance.

Hate to say it, but Dirty Leeds were probably the loudest a couple of years ago in the night match

Born in Rotherham and the Millers remain my team.
Lived down here for last 12 years and both kids wanted to follow their local team - and what a journey it has been so far !

Replay Tickets - ManUre South Stand Request

According to the O/S, Manure have requested the whole South Stand for their c*ckney reds.
Is there a special rule for the FA Cup ?
I thought it was a minimum 10% - anyone care to confirm ?

It will be very interesting to see the Premier League Clubs response to this sort of campaign. I think Point 1 will be a non-starter because I believe there is a requirement that tickets should be priced the same for Home/Away fans with equivalent views. I know this was aimed to stop clubs charging ...

Why only 3,000

I thought clubs had to allocate 10% of capacity to away fans - surely we could take 6,000

Quite ironic after he copped one in the face from McCulloch of Wigan a few weeks ago.
Mind you, he didn't make a big fuss over being on the receiving end so probably thinks a quick dig in the ribs to a young snapper is no big deal.
Morgan, definitely one from the old school of centre halfs
