Re: Club 1871 - the What, When, Where, How, Who & Why Thread

Agreed. The problem was actually initiated by people in the North (Eamonn Dolan) Stand who decided to start clapping the moment the Last Post finished. Nope, first shouts came from the PNE fans. The well meant applause was sprinkled round the ground. I was un Y21 and the first thing I heard was app...

Re: STs 2021/22

Just checked my season tickets and rather than the correct name and seat, I’ve got the ticket for some random in 1871 :| Seen a few mentions on Twitter of the same thing happening Same with mine that turned up this afternoon. Have you been told what to do with it? Return the whole pack or just the ...

Re: STs 2021/22

It's frustrating, I get it. But get up to the ground early, have some beers up there - they've got good beer outside now, or pop into the Jazz Cafe. I simply do not understand what's so inconvenient about this. Get up there at 1 and there won't be a queue and you'll be in the Jazz with pint by 1:20...

Re: STs 2021/22

There seems to be a common theme on Twatter with those missing ST's. Most seem to be Club 1871 that are missing. Is that the case here?

Not got mine in C1871.

Like this one:

Good game of football.

Rovers were good but Reading were excellent. On that performance Reading will walk this league.

Top 6 to aim for now.”

Re: STs for season 2019/2020

Just got the vouchers for the unused season tickets from last year. Not sure if they're giving away too much but each voucher for each game is £26, so £130 in total. Season ticket only cost £299. Has everyone else got the same vouchers.

Re: Various RFC programmes

Hi, Having a clearout and have loads of RFC programmes. Dating from 80’s-90’s. Rather than chucking them away, rather it went to a Collector. FREE...collection in Thatcham I'm only after one programme from my first ever Reading game away at Chelsea in The League Cup. 7th October 1987. Didn't get on...

Very good pricing. Hadn't realised it was mates rates so only paid £30 for the two adult tickets and free travel. Best pricing for years other than cup games.

Anyone know if blocks 40 & 41 are locked until 42 sells out are which point they'll be made available? Want to get tickets but want them nearer the goal and not stuck in the corner.

At least they won't want the full 15% allocation so Club 1871 will probably be able to stay where they are.

Re: Away ticket prices

Sutekh Out of interest does anyone else in this league other than WBA and Reading actually buy into the 20’s plenty Idea? And are there any clubs who charge more to away fans than home fans?

Cardiff and Villa did Twentys plenty before they were promoted. Not sure what Cardiff will do this year.

Re: Brentford A Saturday November 23rd

riverroyal Does anyone know how you can find out how many points people linked to your account have got?

I tried to find that this morning and couldn't. I think there is a glitch in the system anyway as I managed to buy tickets for two others who only have 2700 points. Assume as I have over 3000, it let me.

Re: BFTG - Luton

Thought it was interesting that Howe was on the bench as Right back sub. With Bowen saying that those that work hard during training will get selected, does that mean that Gunter isn't training well or even interested? I don't think he's injured. Baldock and McCLeary are getting selected as they are...

Re: Bristol City (A)

Think the club should charge away fans the same as they charge us and then take the extra money, in Bristol's case £12, and subsidise our fans going there so that we only pay £20. Hopefully would make other clubs take a closer look.

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

Anyone remember the Hat Painting tv interference kit from 1990? Well this season Forest Green Rovers bring you this.....made of bamboo too. https://i2-prod.gloucestershirelive.co.uk/incoming/article3057499.ece/ALTERNATES/s615b/0_RI_NewFGRKit_05071904.jpg That is quite horrendous. Relegate them. Now...
