I went but would doubt Wareham will make the first team squad yet. I think he was held back to give the other Clark (not Jamari) a run up front but though he works hard not a striker for me. The two full backs are very good but both short in stature. Paul had an excellent game & Ryan gives a lot...

Maidenhead are not the only part time team in the National League. Wealdstone are part time & only train twice a week (when the training night does not clash with scheduled matches).

In contrast the petrol stations I passed (A33, Berkeley Avenue & Tilehurst Road) on the way home all appeared to be open & serving, although with a full tank I did not stop to investigate.
