Re: BFTG - Brum

Hein's distribution last night was a significant step up from the two previous games but is worryingly bad in recent matches according to whoscored statistics... Pass success % vs Peterborough 25% (Peterborough's keeper 56%) vs Preston 27% (Preston's keeper 73%) vs Birmingham 52% (Birmingham's keepe...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Queens Park Rangers (a)

The official site appears to have `Pauno on QPR loss` posted 10 hours ago. Almost like he knew something we only presumed.

Re: Next Manager

If anyone listens to the 'Undr the cosh' podcast a few players talk about their experience of Parky as a manager and not one of them rates him and most seem to hate him, a recent episode was even called 'Parky's Trapdoor' after a story about him in it. After hearing so many players slag him off I'd ...

Re: Ex -Player Podcasts (Cureton/McShane)

'Undr the Cosh' has just released an episode with Glen Little. An early episode was with Andy Griffin too. Ex Reading players and Coppell often get a mention in other episodes including Andy Hughes being named the strangest player!

Re: Sone Aluko to China!

Aluko hasn't played for a while so I presume he's injured.
Beijing Renhe are struggling too, 7 games left this season and they're bottom of the league - 6 points adrift with 2 teams relegated.

Made his debut last night. Played up front against Shandong and was substituted after 83 mins. Beijing lost 1-0 to a Fellaini goal.

Re: Sone Aluko to China!

Chinese season starts next weekend and Aluko has been registered as one of Beijing Renhe's foreign players (A team is allowed 4 but only 3 can be in any matchday squad).

It's probably worth factoring into your speculation that the next Chinese season won't start until March and will run throughout the summer.

Re: Sone Aluko to China!

I'd be surprised if this is a transfer. My understanding is that Chinese clubs that do not make a profit have to pay 100% luxury tax on the purchase of foreign players and I doubt Beijing Renhe are making a profit, their average attendance last season was around 12,500 and ticket prices here are way...

Re: Friendly at Wycombe (vs Vitesse Arnhem )

To sit through 90 minutes of pedestrian football watching two teams passing sideways all game long? No. The biggest out since we drew Barry Town away in the cup :| I think fans who went found that one an "exciting" day out. That was a fun day with plenty of action to keep us spectators in...

Larry_Parnell Lots of people making lots of assumptions based on one photo (which shouldn't have been posted).

Why shouldn't the picture have been posted?

Because it doesn't seem that it was something they agreed to and it identifies them to anonymous people who seem to take delight in denigrating them .
