Kitson nicks one back, but I can't see us getting anything from this, and this is really a game we couldnt afford to lose.

But this is a better alternative to doing a total general sale with no member card, removing the cost hurdle should be enough to encourage those undecided and it will give them a tie in for future games.

I'm not clear about the stance of the club on this. Do they think it's OK to let coaches leave through crowds of people or not? When they ask for evidence and which coaches, and how many exits are there for away coaches, are they denying that it happens or that it does happen but they do it in a saf...

Marcus, looked suspect for the first goal but could do little about the rest Murty, caught out twice by Etherington but overall did OK Ivar, and Doobs I thought did ok against a blatently cheating Ashton that the ref refused to punish for persistent fouls Shorey, did not look sharp but most of our b...

Basingstoke Royal Shorey and Doyle were way off of the pace today.

I think you can add Hunt, and Lita too.

RoyalBlue I fear a return to the hoofball that we last witnessed under Sir Steve when he didn't have the wingers he needed. :(

So you weren't at Bolton then!

I thought Sanchez and Rosenior had a major argument which has precipitated this transfer, lets hope the boy hasn't got a bad attitude.

I'm still amused that they call it "general sale" when it's sales member card holders only. General sale + £5 might be a more accurate description.

Surprised nobody has mentioned goals and banter with the away fans yet.

For away games, finding a top pub with decent food and beer, agree with GN about Fulham and you could add WBA for my top awayday pub.

And does that wage figure just consider basic wages or is it basic plus bonuses ? If it's just basic then is our wage structure low on basic but good on bonuses ? I recall Pardew making a big thing about this, the players pay was structured more around performance bonuses on a relatively low basic....

Seol has certainly upped his work rate especially tracking back and tackling. He needs some coaching on how to tackle though, hacking at a players standing leg is not the way to do it.

Well said both of you. The chant "You've never won oxf*rd all" really is pathetic: So, you're saying we have never won anything, and yet we are currently beating your team. I think the phrase is "Go figure". A better response might be, "You're so great you must be Leeds"

Apart from booking Ingi for a justified attempt to get to a ball and missing the early double handball I thought he did ok to be fair. Agreed, I thought Ingi booking was harsh, and I can't understand how Howard got away with an attempted punch on Ingi. It looked like grounds for a straight red to m...

I think Kits was sent off mostly for the total over-reaction of Evra, who then got up and played as if nothing had happened. Git.
