Nigel Howe has said a few times that the concourses are the bit of the stadium that they got wrong.
Man City was pretty good - never too crowded and easy to get served.

rodnich Saw Blakey on the train yesterday going up to London with one of the Medical staff. He was limping well. Took him 20 minutes to get to Upper Crust on Paddington concourse!
