If you want a return to the terraces vote Tory as Cameron is advocating this.

Can STAR organise a campaign?

It's only a matter of time before Lua Lua injures a goalie by doing a triple back flip and landing on the keeper's head studs first.

I like Bikey and criticism of him for last night's performance can surely only be because of his repeatedly crap clearances. Apart from that I thought he played pretty well and generally looked comfortable in the penalty area. Some people can't see past the obvious. How anyone can say he looked com...

No Doubt Bikey was following instructions from Wally, 'If in doubt hit it as hard as you can' same advice he gave to Sonko when he first came into the team (with pretty much the same results i.e. comedy clearances). Sonko soon became more composed, hopefully Bikey will follow suit. Bikey has the ab...

Good result but not a great performance.

Bikey was shocking, Long, sadly, is not up to it at this level and Sidwell had his worst game of the season.

If Kitson still isn't fit enough to start, Seol should be starting alongside Lita on Saturday.

How many of the 9,000 tickets on offer will we sell?

I would imagine 5,000 tops.

RoyalBlue Anyone spot a slight touch of irony here:

That's assuming you get greeted by the January SALE splash screen rather than the mobile phone one!

If, at the start of the season, it was a stark choice of survival or win the FA Cup, I would have taken survival. Now, even if we accept the premice that by giving the cup 100%, our league form will suffer, (which I doubt - we are playing 8 less league games this year in any case), then we are likel...

Re: Steward abuse and standing

I was asked at the senior management meeting today to pass on a message to all fans of Reading, the East stand and Y26 in particular, that the club will not condone persistant standing and will certainly not allow abuse of the stewards who are doing the job they are employed for. This is not a disc...

As long as STAR are thrown the bone of being able to bolster their membership by gifting royalty points by the club, they will be the club's mouthpiece and dutifully peddle the club line whenever told so to do.

A couple of points: Having watched it a few times, when Warnock makes his kicking gesture, Halsey has his back to him and Warnock isn't even looking in his direction. Sidwell's tackle was arguably not even a foul. His foot made contact at pitch level and Warnock'd gesture is not remotely similar to ...

As I said earlier about Mick Goodings radio comments. Definitely not the right thing to say. Pitch NOT playable. Who wants to see OUR players slipping and sliding about in a mudbath. Waste of time and effort. And not good to watch. Few laughs maybe, but then...... Anyone else ship a few sock fulls ...

Bollocks decision, it's been dry ever since he called it off! I'm sorry but that's bollocks - the pitch was pretty much under water. No way they could of played on it this afternoon, even though the rain did stop. The groundsman said the pitch would be playable about an hour after it stopped raining.

Drainage must be very poor from that pitch, it's not like it hammered down all day. I think the ref owed it to the fans having left it that long to give it 30 minutes regardless ofwhat the met office say and, had he done so, i'm sure the game would have been played. Regardless of the postponement, Â...

Perhaps they were offered a lot of money and could not turn it down, or perhaps they are also RFC fans, shame it happened, but as has been said so often, RFC fans are happy to take home seats when necessary. There is a world of difference between getting a ticket (often otherwise unused) in the hom...

It's bad enough people giving home tickets to away fans but there are 20,000 of those. To sell some of the 3,000 odd away allocation to United fans is disgraceful and a kick in the teeth to 1,000's of Reading fans who were desperate to go.
