Re: Jobi jeered when subbed - drop or not to drop?

From what I see it seems brian is reluctant to drop jm but the stick jm gets is unfair. To jeer your own player coming off is a joke, it achieves nothing. However I do get annoyed when people on here talk about him having the most assists out of the wingers here. Wouldn't one expect that from a wing...

Re: Fulham Match Thread Sponsored By Michael Jackson

I was as confused as most people on here as to why Kebe didn't try to beat Riise yesterday, but rather than criticising him - I am more wondering whether he'd received instructions not to try it . Reason being - we seem to be playing with a style so not to over-commit when attacking - so even if Ke...

Re: Fulham Match Thread Sponsored By Michael Jackson

parky
Ill admit it is almost as if we bought a player simply because he was good and Russian and not because he fitted how we play. He is not getting the service he needs from anyone other than Guthrie.

Not sure how you work that one out about guthrie being the only one giving him service.??

Re: Robson-Kanu vs McAnuff

Why is it that every time Robson-Kanu comes on he seems to do more in 5 minutes than what McAnuff has done all match? I think Robson-Kanu should be starting! Was it all Mcanuff's fault why we didn't win today? On the other hand in HRK defence a player needs a run of games to get match fit and be ab...

Re: Gunter v Cummings

Said it all along Cummings > Gunter. Nobody would listen though. 8) Its a long season my friend, pleased for Cummings but what if he has a stinker Next game (hopefully not) and Gunter comes in and has a blinder. What will you say then? It's a long hard season let's not jump to Conclusions just yet

Re: I'm starting to realise how hard this league is

When you look at the league, who the feck is actually unbeatable? It's Utd and maybe Arsenal (for u sanyway). The rest of them are fragile oxf*rd who can lose to us if we get irritating and lucky. The hardest thing about thi sleague is not winning any game, it's about winning enough games over the ...

Re: SIGNED: Chris Gunter

People getting on Gunter`s back are starting to irritate me. Twice the player Cummings is, apart from the silly penalty he gave away, i think he has played well, when a pass hasnt been on he has played simple to the centre halfs, always offers an option going forward, and shown a couple of bursts a...

Re: McCleary for England???

Think its time to nip this thread in the bud now and let him and the others settle and hopefully thrive in the EPL as its very early days and I know how fickle fans can be. Im sure his only thought right now along with the rest is to establish himself as a good EPL player and do well for us of course

Re: McCleary for England???

For now McCleary reminds me a lot of Walcott. Confident on the ball, quick, but a little bit of the Kebes about him when he gets moving (not to say his ball control is as bad as Jimmy’s). Lots of potential but a long way from England yet, imho. Agreed on Guthrie though, this guy is absolute class, ...

Re: McCleary for England???

Very long way to go before we can start seriously talking about this but it is possible. A good season in the prem is needed first! But I think he is a very exciting player and I don't want to be heaping pressure on the lad to do magical things everytime he plays because he won't as wingers always b...
