Re: BFTG Rotherham

URZZZZZZZZ The usual knee jerk nonsense in here I see.

Hear hear!

The opposition are always incredibly poor and every ref is useless apparently.

It’s very tiresome!

Re: MATCHWATCH : Rotherham United (h) sponsored by all or nothing

yet another totally unacceptable result against a garbage team that deserved nothing and somehow got a point. Not getting the Jose love-in, we now have almost an entire new team and we still can't win. Why the assumption that anyone that turns up at the Mad Stad deserves nothing? I thought Rotherha...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Rotherham United (h) sponsored by all or nothing

Fair result - if anything the Millers the better side.

My biggest gripe of the day is two old guys on the way our wearing Reading shirts talking about Parky and asking was he a goalkeeper. I felt compelled to correct them and there was no contrition from them for their ignorance.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Rotherham United (h) sponsored by all or nothing

For all the detractors of faffing around with the ball at the back, that goal was founded on that principle!

Come on uuurrrrzzzzzz!!!!

Re: Ex Players

Jake Cooper and Alex Pearce in to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.

On paper not the most elegant pairing, but must add danger at offensive corners!

Sheffield United 0-0 Reading HT Sheffield United 0-1 Reading FT Reading to score first <<<<<<< Gunter (89) Dreamt this last night......admittedly opposition were Fulham which makes it a less credible premonition. Oh and the fact that Gunter scores the winner (back post right foot after low driven cr...

Re: Hull City (A)

I just did a search on the national rail website and the cheapest tickets between Reading and Hull are £82 . . . . Never trust the website to show the real cheapest tickets for a long journey. Almost always going to be beneficial to split tickets. If you buy Reading to Kings X and Kings X to Hull s...

Re: BFTG Villa

Just seen the Ming’s stamp for the first time and also reacquainted myself with the Zlatan incident. Either he is thick as a plank (and his tweet today supports that theory) or he has animal instincts that means he wants to mame others badly when he gets the chance. I’m 50:50 as to which - but regar...

Re: BFTG Villa

Really nasty injury - that will take some stitching up and healing time. Reckon he’ll miss the next 3 games unfortunately. How have you come up with 3 games? Where does that number come from? Two or three very nasty cuts there that will require plastics surgery. He probably had this today and they’...

Re: BFTG Villa

I know I love Reading. Despite having not been to the Madjetski for a few years. And having to endure accusations from Arsenal prick fans that I’m a fair weather fan. I’ve done my time in the trenches. But today reminded why I don’t go anymore. It was just shit. From kick off to finding out the tow...

Coppells Lost Coat Am I the only one excited that we are finally involved in a proper TDD merry go round.
No love lost over the outs and a proper clear out happening for good or worse i am fully invested into to it.

This - it seems like Gomes (or Howe) are being very decisive, which is exactly what is needed.

Re: Royals on the Box/Internet Thread

No it cant be, OMA said so And as per usual I am right. Sky confirm it isn't on the red button because Bolton didn't agree to it. They did ask though. I said this 5 days ago, nobody listened. Fair enough, you were right. No harm in a bit of wishful thinking. They deserve to be thrashed for such a d...

Who Moved The Goalposts? Someone on the FB page posted an image on their My Sky and it shows up as being on, so who knows.

I’m sure it’s going to be on the red button - have a good feeling about it

Hound It’d show on here if it was on:

Not true - try scrolling through to Tuesday 12th Feb.

So could still be on. OMA may be correct, but I reckon it’s 60:40 it will be on.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Bolton Wanderers (a) sponsored by the need not ot lose

People like Swansea and Birmingham though. Do they though? I mean granted there’s more appeal than Reading and Bolton, but not a lot. Both teams have bigger fanbases than either Bolton or Reading plus both of those teams are at the right end of the table. Bolton have to agree to the match being sho...

Re: The Next 8 games - Make or Break Time

They only ever advertise the lead games - if you look at the Sky games for 12th Feb and 13th Feb there are only one listed and we know that all the other games those evenings will be on the red button. I thought a rearranged game may not count but as Swansea v Brum is then would be very surprised if...

Duffy Tuesday can't come quickly enough. Hopefully will find somewhere in the States showing it.

Should be on sky red button so maybe you can try get it off that somehow

Have we not been through this?

I'm not sure it was satisfactorily concluded. I'm expecting it to be on the red button.

Re: RUMOUR - Nelson Oliveira

Worst rule in football Goal kicks having to leave the box, just don't get it. Especially as it just gets retaken if it doesn't. Either scrap it, or give the opposition an indirect free-kick. Complete agree with this - it happened in a tv game over the weekend. It’s a farce - defender realises goalk...

Re: RUMOUR - Nelson Oliveira

Brilliant signing - just what we’ve been needing.

A quality focal point up front with skills beyond just goal scoring and some character and bite.

Let the top half charge begin!
