Re: RUMOUR: Rafael

Nuts if we fight to keep swift, who we don't need, but let Rafael go. All the commenters saying he's not indispensable have short memories. When was the last time we had a decent keeper on a permanent contract? And what does it matter what we paid for him? Doesn't impact his transfer value one iota...

Re: Rumour - Rodrigo Riquelme

Pepe the Horseman Since you asked, bienvenidas is actually how you would say "welcome" to a female. If they were indeed welcoming Roro, they would have said bienvenidos.

It's how you would welcome multiple females. Bienvenido is how they would welcome our would-be conquistador.

Re: New manager watch 20/21

Too much time on your hands. Go do something productive. Go on Reed.co.uk or something. The pieces of sweetcorn in my shit I am taking as we speak has more charisma and intellect then you. Go and record a podcast or something. Make sure you use the qualities you speak of in a job interview. Bye bye...

Re: Rumour - Liam Moore to Celtic

He's a very good player but I think we all agree it would be best for everyone if he moved on this summer. He's costing us an arm and a leg and we have capable replacements already at the club. The money is needed elsewhere. He'll do well at Celtic and we'll do fine without him. Win win.

According to https://mobile.twitter.com/Sporting160_EN/status/1292832123905343491 The list of 9 names that Rúben Amorim (Sporting manager) has already decided are out of his plans for 2020/21: - Renan Ribeiro - Valentin Rosier - Stefan Ristovski - Tiago Ilori - Eduardo - Miguel Luís - Francsico Ger...

Re: Swift to... Southampton

When we get linked to players or vice versa I like to check out the other club's forum and frankly the Sheffield United lot are arrogant oxf*rd, they seem to be happy at getting Swift on a cut price deal but any suggestion we demand a more fair value and they come out with shit like this: According...

Re: Speculation - loans from the Premier League

Nah he could just put them in the failures Zurab and Griffin - PO final performance Pele - didn't play enough, we finished poorly and midtable Oliveira - injury prone Leigertwood - started poorly and only came good when perm, plus not good enough for the PL Martinez might be a challenge even for Wo...

Re: Speculation - loans from the Premier League

Add to that Zurab Khizanishvilli, Andy Griffin, Mikele Leigertwood, Pele, Nelson Oliveira and Emiliano Martinez He'd probably sooner remove Appiah from the failures rather than allow there to be another 6 successes  Nah he could just put them in the failures Zurab and Griffin - PO final perfor...

Re: BFIFOLLOW Swansea

Ejaria will go on to be an excellent footballer. He's fat from the finished product but we will regret missing out on him in the long run. However, if it means we stop playing midfielders out wide, it's not such a tragedy. I'm not sure what the squad is going to look like next year but getting the w...

Re: BFIFOLLOW Swansea

Nigel Adkins was awful. Pass it around the back for 70 minutes then hoof it upfield. Anyone who wants that back is off their nut. We've had a lot of managerial turnover, so maybe it would make sense to stand by bowen, but something has got to change. Either we invest in some wingers and start playin...

Re: Back from I Follow Luton

Great to see Ejaria's trickery surrounded by players lead to a goal. Bound to happen. Great to see Blackett I thought he'd gone. Great to see Osho, he really grew in confidence and was class. Great to see Puscas score, you could see what it meant for him. Great to see Pele, really a player I'd like...

Re: BFTG Brum

Ovie is an outstanding talent who needs time to grow.

He's going to be worth 10 times what we're paying for him. We'd be mad to pass up the opportunity to bring him in.

Only trouble is he and Swift are too similar and shouldn't really be starting in the same team.

Not sure what the solution is.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Sheffield United (h) sponsored by the magic of the cup

They're noticeably stronger than us. Masika went down very easily off a little nudge there. No shit Sherlock! They’re a top 6 prem team That's an absurd interpretation of "top 6 prem team" There's at least ten better teams in the Premier league, they're just having a good season. Same hap...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Wigan Athletic (h) sponsored by Nicky Forster

We have some quality players but we can all see painfully clearly how badly imbalanced this squad is. We don't have any direct attacking players, we lack pace, and we lack power. In the right team, someone like Ejaria could be Championship player of the season. At the moment, though, he and the othe...
