It will take time. These youngsters have to develop in every way. We have all seen the odd younster come into the...

Re: Did you see that Tranmere game?

Old codger here. yes to both games. Fridays goal was just out of this world and out of the blue. a wonder goal. 3-1 away at Tranmere was something very special. We were awesome. It was as if our players didn't need to look up. They all knew where each other would be. the running off the ball etc was...

Dan Harding

Excuse me if I have missed this already but I see that Dan Harding has been released. I only saw him a few times on TV but he looked pretty good.
Q. Is he pretty good?

If yes what a time to be without a manager.
Q. Has a managerless club ever signed a player?

Re: Relegation Battle Next Season

It is pretty down here but the Locals!!!! Dont get me started. When I moved down my, new neighbours asked me " Are you from up country?" There is Devon and Cornwall and the big bad world. Devonians just don't understand ANYTHING. I was also asked if I had been to London, as if it were some...

Re: Plymouth

I have just looked at official Plymouth fc site. It says that they are doing a special for the Reading game of £15 for an adult ticket.
How come away fans have to pay more? I thought that this sort of thing was to be stamped out.

Re: Oh when the Saints.......

Southampton are a bigger club that Reading. I read it somewhere a few seasons ago. Therefore they will easily bring 4,000.

Anyone know if poor deluded Nigel sqashy is getting any better? At least his tip to put all my money into Icelandic banks was a good one.

thirtyyarder There must be a space for Ricky('s gonna get yer!!) Newman. Would be guaranteed to go in hard on the compulsory flair woofter that every team has.

You might be on to another thread here. Reading hard men. Terry Hurlock. Percy Freeman. parky was hard but fair. Shunt?

Re: Madejski's comments to BBC Radio Berkshire

Am I missing the point here? There is a lot of money in the premiereship. You have to pay top money for top players. We wouldnt pay "Premiereship inflated wages" so we lost Sidwell. We are now back in the championship earning a lot less money. Where is the business sense in that? Does JM p...

Re: It is one man's fault

I am sure that this is far too simple but.. To me it all seemed to go wrong when Sidwell left. I wonder now if JM/SC regret not paying him what he was worth. How much will we lose by going down? how much more would his wages have been?
