Re: Trialist?

this is a prime example that no-one has any contacts whatsoever inside the club - any inside source rumour is obviously rubbish if they can't even find out the name of the trialist.

It definately wasn't Pires - about 14 years too old.

Re: Simod Cup Final Video

I've asked in the STAR office a couple of times if they can re-release a video or DVD but they don't seem to think there is enough interest.

Re: Speculation - Tommy Smith

A couple of Watford fans i know have told me that the rumours coming out of Vicarage Road, are that Reading have a pre-agreement to buy Tommy Smith in January. This, along with the treatment of Boothroyd, is the reason Elton John is leaving. Possibly a replacement for a departing Lita? http://www.bb...

Is it a coincidence that as soon as Harry got back from boshing the taliban, the royals got a win?

Shaka

Shaka retires, a sad day for football.

I think the club should bring back our greatest ever keeper and model professional in a coaching role. Would love to see him as part of the set up.

no question, osborn was class - far, far better than sidwell. osborn's passing was gorgeous, i've not seen anyone else spray a 30 yard ball with the outside of their boot, putting spin on it so that when bounced, it angled into the path of the on-rushing winger - amazing!!! That and the perfect lobs...

the people who booed Seol are morons who know nothing about football. I guarantee everyone of them would say Parky was their favourite player. Exactly - Kitson is the new Sheringham. No-one else in our team has got the touch or vision to match him. Kitson, providing he's fit, is absolutely nailed on to be our first choice striker.
