It did strike me that although complementing us, they did not mention any players by name, only that of the manager and giving him the fullest praise.
Maybe by the end the season they will have learnt their names and be giving some individuals some credit too

On one thread (can't find) there was a link to the 'buy one get one free' voucher for soft drinks on the fulham website. 1. Thanks for the link, printed a couple of . 2. Even though they were supposed to be used by 2:15, we bought our drinks at about 2:20, no jobsworths watching the clock, just surp...

To be fair a few people sang it in Y25 on Saturday. I must be going deaf in my old age then because I sit in Y25 and I'm buggered if I heard them. Agree with Schards, it's shite. http://www.petdance.com/nr/interviews/pix/the-boys-are-back-in-town.jpg I have been campaigning for this song for bloddy...

Volvicanus Agree that it's poor to walk out to - but would still love to hear it after we score.

Agreed it does not get the crowd going. On the otherhand the video & music beforehand raises the heartbeat and also seems to shut up most away fans who are glued to it too.

£0 based on his fluffed header from the corner that Sidders scored from.
£10,000,000 based on the goal he did get.

So on average that suggests £5M

All trains that I catch on Sundays (did it for the Arsenal match) were fine. Although there would only be slight delays because it was from Thatcham (20 minutes or so journey to Reading). Although for a 1 30 kick off, 1 10 is leaving it a bit late isn't it? I do have one experience of getting a tra...

You expect a train to run on time on a Sunday... Good Luck. Your question should also ask how to get to the game for the second half.

If it leaves from the station then I would get the train down there and then get the bus, if only a £5/£2.50 for the kids - especially for any mid week games and assuming I can get my connection back.

Sharpy just noticed on OS plans that the corners arent filled in

Yes, the corners will be removed to allow better access for the emergency services.

And to allow Moroninho's head in.

They really should have called Shades to do the red pieces, and how it will shape up. That looks like poop.

Rawlie19 We're adding 15,000 seats, and you're quibling about 100?

Quibbling?

If moving the score board meant retrieving 100 or so seats, then it's more bums on seats and more money in the clubs coffers!

7's advice

I applied for my daughter, who got a letter inviting her to an event in August to claim her shirt. We were on holiday! I asked the TO how I can get hold of the kit and they suggested I write to the organiser. When I went back to the letter it had no name. Anyone else found a way to get the 7's kit? ...

A thread last week included a post with the image of 11 cartoon divers, anyone remember which one?

My daughter (6) is doing a collage (sp?) of the game. She's done the pitch, printed off pictures of 11 Reading players to stick on, just needs the Chelsea 11 now!

7 mins of his interview. The man is pure class..... Worth the annual subscription in one go. BTW, the way he took the moral highground by 1. saying Bikey should have gone, 2. it was a penalty, 3. Riley is a good ref. Any other manager including MORONiho would have moaned and whined, like we all have...

Re: Bigger Ground = Less ST's ?????

I was just wondering what others thought - In the short term, the increased capacity may have a negative impact on the number of people willing to splash out on a season ticket; A lot of people will have bought ST's this season for fear of missing out on the big games. With the increased capacity, ...
