Re: SpuROFLs

Simmops Awful team with an awful manager

I can understand that Spurs fans aren’t happy at the moment, but they were even worse under Pochettino which is why I’m confused with the “we should never have sacked him” comments

Re: The Manager Sack Race/Merry-go-Round

Weird club, never been the same since the ridiculous decision to sack Gary Rowett and replace him with Zola. They deserve all the get really. It was a strange decision to sack Rowett but it kind of fits in with the clubs ethos Rowett, whilst is a good manager, doesn’t play the most entertaining sty...

Re: BFI Follow Huddersfield

Not really getting the Dellor hate at all. He's a bit of a fcukwad but watching RFC home and away for the last 5 years would be enough to turn a man's mind. Really should be focusing our ire on football directors who show a series of replays and close ups of players faces whilst the play has resume...

Objectively he has done a very solid job. We were well in the way to relegation with Gomes and likely all sorts of financial meltdown He has come in with a huge bloated squad, made no signings of his own and made us comfortably safe and in a position where we aren’t relying on high earners into nex...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Charlton Athletic (a) sponsored by Deniss Rakels

Meh. On loan. We've got an Academy CB keeping our captain out with two clean sheets and another Academy CB doing well at RB keeping two clean sheets. Not sure he'll get another start this season. Midfield needs work, as does attack. But, the shape works ok away. ......................Cabral Osho, M...

Re: Squad for 2020/21

Was OK with Obita as backup LB for next season but Bowen seems fixated on the idea he’s a LM. If that’s where Bowen sees his position, shouldn’t be renewing his contract, been a passenger there both today and against Stoke

Re: MATCHWATCH : Huddersfield Town (h) sponsored by Craig Maskell

Twitter bed-wetters at it again. It would save them all a lot of stress if they didn’t get so excited when we win, and so dramatic when we lose. Ah I’m getting old! Interested to know why we are giving game time to Blackett when he’s leaving? He’s been decent for us when he’s played but if he’s not...

Re: Would this ex-players team get promoted?

Would add Sean Morrison in, probably in place for Dickie Think I’d have Bacuna as backup RB instead of Howe too Yeah good shouts. Thought about Morrison after I made the post, but had completely forgotten about Bacuna. Bacuna playing really well for Cardiff at the moment by all accounts. Tracked ba...

Proof once again you have no clue about football, maybe pick a different sport to be wrong about constantly so we don't have to read any of the bollocks that you come out with. Why are you being like this again :?: You know that notice about feeding the trolls ? Yes, a definite feeling of deja vu

It's got to be Oxford just so we don't have to listen to OMA squirting over Wycombe's manager endlessly. Re: Would this ex-players team get promoted?

Ake and Mariappa are the two best options at centre back but probably not the best pairing given that they’re both tiddlers. Similarly with Murray and Long (although Long probably isn’t even the fourth best option any more) who both lack mobility. McCarthy Stacey, Ake, Dickie, Bertrand Carrico, Nor...

Re: Playoffs 2019/20

Kelly’s career really fallen from grace, from going to Feyenoord to not making it off the bench at League 1 level, even with six substitutes available

At least we’ll have some sort of derby next year, no doubt our away game against the winner will be right at the start though

Re: Playoffs 2019/20

Looking like a Wembley showdown between Wycombe and Oxford at the moment. Oxford drew 1-1 at Pompey. Was a good result for Oxford Pompey only lost one home game since the beginning of January 2019 True but they have also never won a play-off game in their history. That’s not a great record But then...

Re: Playoffs 2019/20

Home and away are irrelevant at the moment though In some aspects, it’s still relevant, e.g. knowing the dimensions of the pitch, type of surface A professional pitch is a pitch, sorry urrzzz i disagree. It's like when people say "oh he played slightly out of position from cdm to cb so that's ...

We could have a very promising future with a spine of: .........................McIntyre, Richards ...........Rinomhota ......................Olise And that's just Academy graduates with a few caps between them already. Southwood doesn't seem far off in goal. Holsgrove too. Plus there's East, Never...

Re: Playoffs 2019/20

What a great oxf*rd game we had tonight. Wycombe gave Fleetwood a pasting, 2 red cards and missed penalty. I would love to see them up in the league.
