Re: Pitch

As I understand it the pitch wasn't relaid over the summer as it usually would be, cutting the cloth and all that.

Re: Brighton Away - 26/12/14

dizzynewheights I've paid the 13 sheets to park by the ground.

For future reference this is a total waste of time and money. Didn't get out of the car park till gone 6. Much quicker and cheaper to park elsewhere and hop on the train.

I'd argue federici should have come for the ball on the first goal. Struggling to think of a worse player I've ever seen in a Reading shirt than Blackman

Re: Clarke Carlisle

A crap footballer/pundit makes an incredibly selfish decision that seriously endangers other people’s lives and hobnob gets the candles out for a vigil. 6 people horrifically killed in an accident in Glasgow and we get two pages of shite dump truck puns.

Re: Brighton Away - 26/12/14

I've paid the 13 sheets to park by the ground. Seeing as I'm driving and therefore not drinking myself into a stupor before kick off, I'm almost saving money just by attending.

Slept through most of the first half and left at half time. Cracking day out though, going to keep going to away games but might just stop buying tickets for the match

^ haha

Just remembered I've also injured myself at Bristol City. Drunkenly stacked it down a couple of rows pre game one year - forget which.

Few bruises but the beer cushioned my fall. think there might be pics on social media of it somewhere :?

Re: Non - League thread 2013/14

Maaaate, even I can get through that turnstyle no problem :? My mate Donuts has to walk round though :D Was there Saturday for the MUFC game. We were by far the better team in the first half and well deserving of our 2-0 lead until the last 20 minutes or so when we faded badly. In all honesty we wer...

Re: Have you ever been injured spectating at a match?

Stacked it on the terraces at York Rd in a pre season friendly vs Slough this year. Gashed my knee and my shoulder and the 'scar' on my shoulder looks like it's here to stay. In fairness the Maidenhead beer festival was on and this happened about 4 hours after the game finished but still technically...

Re: Who is your least favourite current Reading player?

Find all this 'I've fallen out of love with the club' so tiresome. If it was in response to unrelenting success (i.e. it gets boring seeing us win everything so easily), it would at least be interesting - but this sudden 'falling out of love' when things are going downhill after years and years of ...

Dislike them all in pretty much equal amounts due to them all being identikit, self obsessed shithouses.

Re: Booing ALF

Didn't actually hear any booing myself but couldn't give 2 shits either way. We've always booed ex players and if it winds them up then good.

By the same token Id like to see him run over and flick the V's at us after scoring but fans are precious gimps just like the players these days

Twitter was good value last night - in the eyes of the English fans the better England played/scored the more Celtic/Irish the Scotland fans became.

MUFC home to Met Police. Happy just to get the home draw although one can't help but think Football Intelligence has rigged this just to honeytrap the MMS :?
