I would love to have terracing back at football so generally would be in favour of standing areas. It's the "safe" bit of the terminology that concerns me though. I have visions of some soft material to stop any injuries should someone fall obviously. It will also be covered in squared gr...

Old Biscuitman Whatever, he's a fool and we're well rid of. Keane should be mad with himself, not our side.

Fair enough but if this is true ( and i do hope it is) , then i reckon its a safe bet Wally Downes would have wound him up over it.

Wigan would love him, will pay him, and he wouldn't have to move to play there. I'd say that's a more likely destination. And he thrived under Steve Bruce before. Didn't they have a massive falling out though when he left for Blackburn? He wants to near to Cheshire so Wigan would fit the bill.

I wouldn't expect the likes of Mr Murphy to get it but doesn't the fact that he won the cup with Liverpool kind of reinforce Kitson (and Coppell's point).? I was about to say that. :? Its a pretty obvious point as well, isn't it? Yeah you'd have thought any journalist worth his salt would have pers...

72 bus Kitson would not be pleased

Yes, would be a shame to upset his permanently sunny disposition.

Huntley & Palmer
West Stand Flash
rg6royal Lee Cattermole

Very good player.

Very good at getting himself into scraps when out on the piss with his mates as well. With the huge wave of negative opinion towards our current bad boy of football, I'm surprised anyone is even mentioning Cattermole

Cattermole is white. HTH.

Coppell was quoted in yesterdays EP saying we will not be buying a left sided player.

Interpret that as you wish.

"what do Reading fans want" easy really ! we have reached the top league in europe, we had a great season last year, but for those of us that have supported the "Biscuitmen or "Royals" for more years than we care to remember want us to stay there ! and sadly the only way we...

They might bother a bit more if no supporters bothered to turn up. Like a lot of others who pay for the away season ticket I have already paid for this match and have this sense of feeling cheated. If I want to watch our reserves I'll go along to a reserves' match but the idea of spending another Â...

It isn’t negative to suggest that we will go down, and I don’t understand the hostile attitude many have towards those who think we could be relegated. We go to Villa next weekend, whilst Wigan host Derby, and Bolton are home to an out of form Blackburn. We could be 2 or 3 points off the drop i...

Kitson is just saying publicly what the majority of Premiership ( and a lot of Championship) players and managers actually think. See the line ups of teams from the top 2 divisions this weekend and tell me he's wrong. From his personal point of view the FA Cup was important last season as it gave hi...

I honestly think we'll have to win a few away games to stay up, so unless the club can turn our abismal away from around I think we'll go down. In fairness i think our away form has improved in the last month or so. Man City, Birmingham, West Ham & Spurs were all games where where we could and ...

Taken from BBC ...... "Reading striker Dave Kitson said he is not interested whether his team make any progress in the FA Cup. The Royals play Tottenham in the third round having lost 6-4 to the same team last Saturday. "We are not going to win the FA Cup and I do not care less about it, ...

Wasn't because of the poor goal kick, still a long way to go to score from that! Was because this team can't defend properly. Think it was Samaras had an unchallenged header from 20 yards that he could flick on to his team mate who hadn't been tracked at all and was under no pressure as he released...
