Re: Are Leicester genuine title contenders?

I really can't imagine what their fans are going through. This season has restored my faith in the Premier League. They have to win the title, it's so important. Not just for the Premier League but for every single child under the age of 10 that looks back on this period and remembers Leicester City...

Re: Would you take Ola John permanently?

Extended-Phenotype His quality is stunning. Sign him up if we can, his ability is way out of our league.

Ye. I think anyone that Benfica have paid £10m for is going to be class, especially at our level. We've got to get him in permanently, barring mega fees.

Managed to swap mine so I'm right in the mix. Might order a bright orange Ralph Lauren cap just for the occasion - let's be 'aving you!

Re: Back On the train- Charlton

I feel like I'm being misconstrued here - I am more for the 'beer fans' than elderly, of course I am. They are the ones that make the noise. However you can't begrudge the old folk that go, afterall we all support the same team. I am come one, come all: daytrippers, OAPs, Green Street wannabes, I lo...

Re: Back On the train- Charlton

Absolutely. And you can sit where you want without moronic monotone chants from cagoule-clad clowns Really? We took 400 up to Rotherham this year, full of moaning star bellends. Rather a few pissed up 16 year olds enjoying their life, rather than OAPs hating it. +1 To be honest I'd take any fans we...

Re: Back On the train- Charlton

By all accounts there were plenty of drunken tw@ts at the game yesterday. A chap I know had to move because some kantish identical twins in their 20s standing behind him kept whacking him on the head and when he asked them to stop they blamed it on their m8. They kept doing it despite being told no...

Re: Dislike ex-Reading players

Still not reading stuff are you. I try and offer a balanced view, you keep accusing me of being an apologist and making excuses. Can't be arsed to play games with people on here who just like picking fights. You hate Guthrie if you want, really not something that bothers me too much ! Pip pip. I'm ...

Re: Dislike ex-Reading players

PAul Holsgrove obviously. Michael Meaker for just being rubbish despite costing a lot and looking like he really didn't care (which by all accounts he didn't) Not a big fan of Jamie Mackie either. Thought he was right up there in the 'turn it on for the cameras' club and again made it pretty clear ...

Re: Down, down

I think Bolton might get out of it. I feel sorry for Charlton because they're being rotten from within by an absolute lunatic. They're a good, honest club otherwise. It would be amusing to see Fulham go down as they were blowing promotion trumpets early doors. On the basis that Warnock has just sign...

Re: Dislike ex-Reading players

I don't really like Mills but finger-gate aside, he did put in some big performances and was captain. What he didn't do, however, was refuse to play in a game, despite being one of the highest earners in the club's history and for that reason Danny Guthrie will never be forgiven.

Re: HRK to Swansea

Premier League Swans and Aston Villa both had bids rejected for Reading's versatile attacking ace last summer.

If Villa had landed him last summer they wouldn't be in the mess they find themselves in now
