7 goals in 15 home league games is the massive issue that needs to be resolved.

Re: We're ManchesteROFL United, we do what we want

They already have a decent stopper in Romero. They get the marginal benefit of De Gea for a season (if his head is in the game) and then lose him for nothing. BriLOLOLiant.

Re: The generic transfer thread

De Bruyne will become the 8th largest football transfer in history. A 24 year old Belgian with 8 international goals and 50 top flight appearances since leaving Genk.

Re: Champions League Thread 2015/2016

A welcome change to pot A, makes good sense.

Rules against teams from the same league mean that there are only 5 sides who can be drawn with Barcelona; what price it is City again?

Re: The generic transfer thread

Martinez indicating Stones' transfer request will be rejected, and good on Everton if they do hold out and he stays at the club.

Pepe the Horseman
Winston Smith Only caught bits but Gomez looked very impressive

Yep. Ibe on the other hand was fugging awful. He's been decent the handful of times I've seen him before, so I'll let him off.

Yeah, looked like he was trying to be Sterling. Kept running into blind alleys and tripping over his feet.

Perhaps such a change would lessen the impact of 'the major clubs in Europe dictating the transfer market.'

Re: The generic transfer thread

Fwiw I completely agree with Koeman and Martinez and a few others that the transfer window should be closed before the first league game of the season. Ridiculous state of affairs. I hope Everton (Stones) and West Brom hold firm on these two.
