Re: Return of Leroy Lita?

does anyone think Lita actually wants to play for us? No disputing that he once did, but its gone sour all round (fans/manager/player). Think we need to accept that he's all but moved on and is unlikely to ever be a regular fixture on the first team squad again. Not saying i agree as I think he has ...

Re: Predictions for QPR

I'd love a win to keep up the 100% home thing, but I suspect 1-1. Us to score first (Bikey header from set piece) and take foot off the gas.

Dingles again and Brizzle City after that both away worry me a bit. 6 points plus from these three games and I'll be happy!

Re: The craziest thing you,ve done to follow Reading?

I used to live in Liverpool back in the mid 90s and get the train to Elm Park for home games (Ahh Reading West!). I used to get on the train about 10am to Brum and change there. Weren't many Reading fans to go with me (!), but always would get talking to fans going to other games. I worked for the r...

Re: Favourite Reading XI

Whenever I think about this I always try and fit in 'the Rouge' somewhere, but have absolutley no idea why!! I would not say Rouge was in my favourite Reading FC team but i will always have a soft spot for him after he came on as a sub in the Thames Valley Derby and scored two late goals to beat th...

Re: Kitson wants out

I work with 2 Stoke season ticket holders and they just don't get him. They thought £5.5m = a goal a game and feel duped. Kits said the price tag wouldn't affect him, but that's been taken out of his hands by the fans. They also think he never wanted to leave Reading, and but for the lure of prem fo...

Re: Sculptor needed for a statue of Coppell - RIGHT NOW!

Maybe we could do stars with names on the ground like in Hollywood by way of tribute... Caskey by the "refreshment" stand. Archie on the penalty spot. 4th official a few yards from the goal, just over the line. Coppell in the trophy room. Mr Mad as a revolving 80 ft star placed at strategi...
