Re: Car Park Renewals

Re: Car Park Renewals

1/2 hour walk away, so thankfully not affected by any of this. However..........should it be assumed that this ruling applies to the chairman, directors and the owners too? I have asked the club if cars will have access to the hotel post 2.30, presumably they must and I can't see how that's policed

Re: ArsenaLOL

Look at the defending for the third WBA goal, that would cause an inquest in any self respecting park side's dressing room

Absolutely unforgivable at this level

Re: Anti-Exiles parking policies

I get the impression that the club aren't interested in any logical argument or sensible alternatives, they want to reduce the number of cars parking at the stadium, presumably, in preparation for building on most of the car park. Sadly, the options for parking elsewhere are greatly limited as sever...

Basically got the same reply as North Somerset Royal

:(

They seem prepared for some season ticket holders not to renew over this

Re: Car Park Renewals

I live circa 50 miles away and have no alternative but to drive. As others have said, sometimes you arrive late through no fault of your own. I have emailed the club just to add to the numbers but would imagine I will get the same response. I see what they are saying but surely there could be some c...

Re: Relegate half the Premier League?

I like the idea of it - gives the mid table more to play for. But the trade off is, say you're bottom at christmas - there's probably less to play for. Just have to accept your f8. Maybe bottom two go down 2 divisions or something. But it'll never happen in today's money driven game. Bottom 3 down,...

Re: Stewards - "siiiiit down!!!"

Why is it not possible to shout, sing, screem while sitting down? Why is standing so important? Is it becuase so many people have their heads up their arses? You're boring arn't you  Maybe he's old and doesn't fancy standing up for 90 minutes, or maybe he takes a child who can't see anything ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Wolverhampton Wanderers (h) sponsored by Archie

A season defining game and our most important since the FA Cup Semi

A win keeps us very much on course for the play offs, anything else, with Newcastle up next, puts us back in the pack

Re: Champions League Thread 2016/2017

Looked like Leicester could be on the wrong end of a 3-0/4-0 yesterday but completely turned it round with a quality away goal out of nowhere

Still keep feasible England could have no one in the Q/F's though

Re: FA Cup 16/17

I would be very surprised if the keeper hasn't been approached by the bookie beforehand and its a total set up. The correct odds for this should have been nearer 1000/1 as I doubt there's been a single precedent. I would imagine the bookies calculated the £10,000 hit, (they probably limited it) to b...

Re: Attendances

The football is dull as dishwater - that's why. It's just not good to watch even though we win the majority of home games. We get into promising positions and instead of taking a risk by playing a through ball, quite often we will end up back on the half way line. I will carry on going as always bu...

In possession - 7/10

Out of possession - 2/10

One wonders what Stam made of the inept defending that could easily have led to us conceding 8 or more

Re: Opposition fans back from the game

For a team that is playing way above its normal level, I think it's a bit disrespectful of their fans to sing "you're nothing special, we lose every week"

Can't imagine their players are too impressed with that

3rd place is way beyond my wildest expectations for this stage so well done to all concerned for that, however........just putting this out there, is anyone else really bored or is it just me? Re: Ali Al-Habsi

Seems like a nice guy Solid shot stopper Confident on crosses ....Distribution is woeful ....... and in Stams way of playing it needs someone at the back spraying passes confidently - he can learn this at Hogwood,,, but I thought it should have clicked by now, @ Wigan it looked like he was playing ...
