I disagree about Shane Long, he still lacks consistency with the final product (due to his late start to the game, he'll be a late bloomer I think) but is excellent as an impact player late in a game because of his pace against tired players.

Hence, keep him as a sub.

I like Bikey, he's not in the first team yet but for as long as he's been here he seems to really care about what's happening on the pitch.
