Re: Record Watch 23/24

Even if Leicester overtook the 106 points I wouldn't really count it. We did it spending literally no money. They've had tens of millions.

Re: Carlisle (A)

Approximately 1,500 sold now. Terrific backing for a game that distance, even if we've not played Carlisle away for so long.

Re: Rival Watch

They didn't play a game for almost 3 weeks I think which didn't help. Remembered when we had that in the premier league and it killed any momentum we had.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Port Vale (h)

Happy with the result but a bloody shame the 12 year olds at the top of 1871 embarrassed us again by giving it big to the vale fans who are a credit to their club when the 2nd goal went in. Cringe. I can’t say I’m surprised. Unfortunately it seems most clubs have to endure these sort of morons. Tho...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Port Vale (h)

Looking at the games in hand teams have on us, a few of them are against sides in and around us in the league too, so both teams can't gain points on us. 3 points on Saturday are a must. It builds a barrier and more confidence as well as more protection from further sanctions from the EFL. If we win...

They unfortunately do that every game. They're just idiots.

1 win down. 4 more wins to go, starting Saturday when I hope we burry Shrewsbury after throwing it away at their place.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Portsmouth (a)

Always going to be tough today. Portsmouth showed us a lesson in how to finish. I'm still not convinced by what we have up front but we should still be alright. Button probably deserves to be dropped after that today. Although I don't think he will be. Portsmouth punished us from our mistakes. On th...

windermereROYAL 4 points clear but vale have 3 games in hand.

Right now it's about getting points on the board. I think Port Vale will stay up anyway. Especially with their managerial appointment. We should be focusing on Shrewsbury and Burton who I think are likely to be right down there.

Royal_jimmy 2 points dropped. Better side and should have won

We weren't the better side. HTH.

I thought we edged it and had control particularly second half.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Fleetwood Town (a)

Ehibatiomhan needs a goal. Keeps missing very scoreable chances. He holds the ball up well but can't put the ball in the net.

Re: Carlisle (A)

I've been there once, for a random game, as a mate was driving up to watch Carlisle City play*. It's an odd ground, but the strangest thing to me was that the home end wasn't very popular. Fans seemed to prefer the uncovered side terrace. I liked it, but I can't imagine the view is great from the e...
