Re: MATCHWATCH : Stoke City (h)

I would say that Ejaria and Joao both have a physicality at times, Ejaria much more so, that is quite ... relaxed looking. I'd say languid but without or lazy in appearance, without any of the actual lack of effort that goes with it. Deceptively languid maybe. Leigertwood was similar. I think that ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Stoke City (h)

Was up at 3am for this one. As a friend messaged post game, really typical Championship match. Both teams struggling to perform consistently during the game but I think we were great value for the win. Onwards and Upwards to safety! Now, unfortunately, I'd like to make a note on one sour point of t...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Stoke City (h)

Whilst Ejaria is off the boil, Swift has been very average so far.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Stoke City (h)

Excellent defensive duties by Ejaria.

He really has developed that part of his game since being at Reading.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Barnsley (a)

Drinkwater was clearly one of the better players today.

Like with Maguire, I find it utterly bizarre people booing.

Underwhelming….both teams woeful but Barnsley deserve to lead, just about.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Blackburn Rovers (h)

I’d have given more fouls but, given fouls are often subjective, I’m not inclined to call it poor refereeing. He was at worst consistent with his interpretation of the rules/what was happening on the pitch. It meant the game was as free flowing as he could make it. 8/10 for the ref Blackburn clearly...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Bournemouth (a)

Going through a dark time at the moment so yeah my posts regarding the team are more negative than usual. And therefore totally understandable. Let’s hope that both see a bit of a change for the better as soon as possible. FWIW your posts, even though not positive of late, still show to be from a l...

Have to say, Zip reads as a hardened pessimist….and Ian isn’t that much better but then decides to log in and apply the restroscope. Classic Ian behaviour. Re: Your Best 11 Since Supporting RFC

If you don’t include Matthew Upson and Nicky Shorey in your side, you’re deluded….or haven’t seen Reading since the 2000s.
