Just had to go pick something up from the ticket office, no queues at all, phones not ringing, staffbwith nothing to do, day stewards enjoying the sun. Moonfish Uncle went down the ticket office this morning, yes there was a queue but managed to get back row, block 110 behind the goal so pretty chuffed with that.
