Royal Ginger No one wanted a replay here. Everyone's a loser.

Howe, Madejski and their accountant chums wanted a replay - more money, assuming people can be bothered to turn up!

Adie Williams only just realising that Reading struggle against out of form teams and teams at the bottom of the league.

I bet the winner will get Ipswich/Portsmouth away.

We win our replay, Ipswich beat Pompey so we go to Ipswich in the cup on the Saturday 30th after all.

Lets hope its another 5-1 spanking then, followed up by another 5-1 in the league as Reading make their Wembley charge (Cup or play offs) ...

One game without Blackman, two goals from our forwards.

Not fussed by the late equaliser. Not losing was good. If we can get a draw against Derby that's unexpected and three games unbeaten. if we lose, but can get a result against MK, that's one loss in three. The slow shoots of recovery.

I have to say reading the match thread knowing the final score and who got the goals is quite amusing.

Longhorn1970 All BM had to do was park the bus for 5 mins ...

If I remember rightly McCleary was trying to waste time in the corner and then lost possession. It rebounded to one of their players and very clearly went into touch off him. It should have been a Reading throw but for some reason the lino gave it to Huddersfield to McC s total amazement. They promptly went up the other end and got the penalty!

I hate it when teams do this, including us. It works if you're good but most players are crap and end up losing the ball almost instantly. The best example I can think of it working was Noel Hunt at Watford in our promotion season but it's so rare it's ever beneficial.
