Millsy Bollox.

We want SeLLLLLLLLLLes to keep dragging us down so a prospective buyer will be looking at a L2 club?

Selles out immediately.

You can scream and scream, but to what end? Who will sack Selles with an absent CEO and owner? It's wasted energy. Focus your anger on Dai, and perhaps Selles goes when he does.

Well that's a different argument which I understand but it will take weeks even if a deal is agreed today.

All I can hope is that Dai sees that he needs to make this club more attractive asap and that means getting rid of Selles asap. Wishful thinking is likely though as you say but it doesn't mean we stop trying.

It's not like we can't ask for both.

WestYorksRoyal People are also overlooking Dai's exemplary record of appointing managers. If Selles goes now, we probably get another clown appointment. Perhaps under a new owner we may get his replacement choice better.

Might not Bowen have had something to do with this car crash of an appointment?

CountryRoyal Mola on to save the day.

What is this manager.

Can he do any of the following?

Decent spokesperson but that’s it.

"The Real Deal". Isn't that what Bowen called him.
One can only hope a new owner will ship them both out. That's if we can find an owner.

We'll never know the full story of Wilder etc., but I do remember Pang's statement in June referencing Dai's involvement. The club situation would have undoubtedly made it harder for Bowen.

Well, it's got all the haul marks of a pre-Bowen decision, and prior to Selles appointment all the talk was of Wilder, Jones, Wellens, Cowley, etc.

Which suggests Bowen was looking for an experienced manager, but either literally no experienced manager would take the job, which seems unlikely, or when Bowen got what he was looking for by agreeing Wilder and that fell apart he got overruled.

We don't know. But Bowen is about the only one with any track record of good decisions at the club, so I'm willing to give him benefit of doubt.

Bye bye Selles. You're gone, probably never to manage again. Won't be this week, probably not this month. But it is now a certainty that he's getting sacked before the end of the season.

Bowen is probably thinking along similar lines to us.

Alongside the upcoming rumours on wages, HMRC and administration, we'll probably start hearing that Selles is getting sacked but never get the official statement because of Dai and Pang.

Doesn't that imply he has managed at some point - managing abject failure doesn't count.

But I’m trying to see the logic. I can’t accept that a professional wouldn’t see that’s just nonsensical, but here we are. It’s very confusing.

It's time for a managerial change. We played quite well up until they scored and we just collapsed. It was the same at Blackpool and Port Vale. That's bad management as you're always in the game when it's only 1-0.

Need a new owner, CEO and a new manager who knows what's he's doing.

I'm not sure why that's unlikely, given the mess the club is in.

Any experienced manager who isn't desperate would wait for a better job.

The bar seems to be being set very low on that front

I’d take Jimmy and Millsy at this point tbh.
