Supporters Buying a Player/Paying Wages

by Sharpy » 11 Aug 2010 12:27

just to gauge opinion on the matter as i know it has been done at other clubs....

if mr mad has no money to put into the team, who would be willing to part with £10, £20 or whatever amount you see fit to help RFC pay for a player and/or wages?!!

Cut me down, but should be treated as an opinion poll and just that!

If this is with regards to Zurab then a thread pretty similar to this has already been done.

I am far too lazy to find the link though I'm afraid, Sharps.

No now that money goes towards paying the hot dog hawkers and keeping the alcohol gel sanitation units topped up.

You think that was a miracle? If it wasn't for the car park spaz crew, Coppell woulda left that Summer and que sera sera, perhaps we'd be in the Prem again by now

But this thread is doomed, it's been covered and re-covered more times than The Bible

i was elluding to that more as generating support for the idea not the actual application of the idea!
I believe some of SROT made it down that day too

The numbers involved are just far too high to be realistic these days.

I would be happy to part with money. I do it somewhat frequently. Maybe a little too frequently.

No thanks, that'll go towards paying off the 'loans'.
