I'll take a draw, but all this Kebe talk is quite exciting, isn't it? Maybe he'll inspire yet another win!

ITFC_Keane We were crap at Scunthorpe, and I'm going to this one, so sadly I predict a narrow 2-1 defeat to us. Mind you, we're better away than at home, and with Jason Scotland showing signs of scoring for fun again, and with Connor Wickham in the right mood, we might just surprise you lot. We really need the win to keep up our promotion push as well.

Reading sans Sigurdsson have done pretty well of late, so a win may be a lot to ask. I fear your lot though. Always a very tricky game to be confident about.

That Kish bloke will be out as well, so that's one good thing.

I think the game could revolve around the two left-backs.
Our game is all about Kebe-is O'Dea playing at left-back or centre-back?
Will it be Carlos Edwards or Peters playing at right-wing for you?
We have Harte who is probably even slower than O'Dea.
BTW I saw Steve McCall at our game yesterday and I expect he would have been glad that he no longer would have to mark somebody like Kebe.

Great, two slow defences. Ours to be fair is also very good at containing.

Hope you play Harte and Pearce. Our pacey wingers and midfield will crucify Harte, whilst Pearce will have his work cut out handling Scotland the Brave. Harte's only good at deadball situations.

Waiting for floydy's prediction before I'll be confident how this one will turn out.

I should be pleased with a draw from this one, Arch. Ipswich are a bogey team for us. I am going to the game with an Ipswich fan who predicts - without any sense of irony - a 4-1 away win :| .

I suspect an exciting draw may be on the cards..

Some interesting stats

Head-to-head

• Ipswich have won three and drawn one of their last four matches against Reading (Reading are Due a win)

• There has never been a goalless draw between these clubs.

• Reading have won fewer corners than any other side in Championship contests (70).

• Reading have had more fouls committed against them than any other club in the second tier (111).

• Ipswich Town have had fewer fouls committed against them than any other club in the division (59).

Steve (?) McCall.

Anyway - Harte has impressed me, with more than dead balls - surprising fitness and pace. Pace-wise our defense (eg at Boro) was weak mainly due to Cummings and Pearce I thought.

No idea what the score will be - but I can state with absolute conviction that the Ref will be shit. Always is in games with Ipswich.

0-1 (Chris Kiwomya)

Beer in the Oakford will be shit.
Game will be boring.
Ian Harte will look a bit slow and there'll be 25 told-you-so merchants on here tomorrow
I won't get enough sleep.

A dull 1-1 draw if I can get to the game.

Another 3-0 win if I can't.

Reading win 2-1.

• Reading are one of three clubs in the division yet to concede in the final 15 minutes.
• Reading have won 11 of their last 15 home league games. :D (bit better than last year)

Jason Dozzell is the youngest player to every score in the top flight of English football.

He scored for Ipswich back in the mid-eighties not long after turning 16.

Irrelevant but a FACT that I bet not many of you knew.

Millwall and Boro doubled up on Kebe and he still gave them trouble. So Barnsley stick three men on him and still they can`t handle it?
The Ipswich scout would have noted this of course, and given the malevolent nature of the manager, be prepared for early attempts to put Kebe out of the game.

I hope that he keeps it @ 4-4-2, swap Long with Hunt and obviously stick Pearce in the Kish-sized hole.

Will be lucky to get a draw tonight. Ipswich are unbeaten on the road and our defence looks less strong.

Maybe if we get a good free kick we can get a goal. Or a Kebe goal.

Ipswich will offer more than Barnsley and Crystal Palace, or atleast more clinical. So we will have more work to do in defence. Other than that I think just Kebe, if he plays wells, will be the only threat for them.

With any luck we may have practised corners!!!

A 2-1 Ipswich win.
