The above except for Karacan, problem is, no one else is there to play. Shame Tabb is out, would have him next to Armstrong to sure things up. I still think Karacan needs to put a bit more weight on, then he'll be a beefy guy, but he sohuldn't get fat though. My team:

Fed
Griffin (Cummings if he's still injured) Pearce (Harte) Mills Harte (Armstrong)
McAnuff Karacan (Boris) Armstrong Kebe
Long NHunt (Church)

Federici

Cummings
Pearce
Mills
Harte

Karacan
Gunnarsson

Kebe
Mcanuff
Robson-Kanu

Long

I think Jobi looked to have found himself again in the middle and HRK deserves his start. Chris Armstrong played fine but its not really his position so time for a gunnarsson classic performance I feel!

Same as Sat but with Pearce for Zurab. It ain't broke so don't fix it.

That is slightly dependent on Stretch. If he's fit to start then he does so but if he's not quite up to it, I'd happily bring HRK in and have McAnuff play in the middle where he finished against Barnsley

Fed

Cummings - Mills - Harte - Armstrong

Gunnarsson - Karacan

Kebe - McAnuff - Robson-Kanu

Hunt

I would have preferred to play 4-4-2 but HRK has earned a start and this is the only way I can accommodate him (moving McAnuff to the middle, as he actually looked pretty tidy there on Sat)

If I did go 4-4-2 I would drop McAnuff to the bench as his recent form has been a bit patchy, and put Church up front with Hunt. Hunt has definitly looked stronger than our other two striking options and has changed games when he has been on the pitch this year, but is too similar to Long, so I opt for Church tonight, giving Shane a bit of a rest and ready to come on for 20 minutes at the end of the game.

Harte is preferred at the back to Pearce. In fact a wooden plank stuck into the floor next to Mills would be preferable. Possibly even a balloon on a stick.

...............Federici

Cummings - Mills - Harte - Armstrong

........Gunnarsson - Karacan

....McAnuff - Kebe - Robson-Kanu

...............Long

Give Kebe a free role behind the main striker making him harder to pick up by Keanes leg breakers and return our best left back his rightful position, allowing Harte to cover for Zurab.

Will be delighted to see Noel start up front as and when he looks back to his former self..................I just don't think he's there yet.

I am Brian McD AICMFP.

Would like to see McAnuff get another chance at the off the striker role as it was a such a tight game that it is difficult to judge his effectiveness there.
