Royal Lady We'll see - I just can't see Hunt scoring 15+ goals this season.

excellent debate.

tbf im surprised you and your cheery husband can manage to even bother coming to games any more what with the awful state the club is in, being run by idiots, and full of shit players, playing dull and uninspiring games.

She is a product of the Twitter age.

Couple of lines about what she feels without the need / having the ability to justify the statement produced.

Youngsters today!

pah! I've merely disagreed with someone who said Hunt would get 15 league goals this season!! He didn't give any particular reasons why he thought he would. If you want me to debate, here goes:

Hunt looked off the pace last season and nothing I saw in him on Saturday leads me to believe that he will be grabbing goals left, right and centre this season. Sorry if that upsets anyone. I'll be happy to be proved wrong - that is just my opinion on him and his goal scoring abilities.

I don't recall either me or my "cheery husband" saying the club is in awful state or run by idiots and that it is full of shit players. I'll be more than happy to stand corrected with copies of our postings on such subjects.

If you weren't so drug-addled all the time, you might have a clearer outlook on life, including the football club.

well if you are happy to propogate inferior debate like that its up to you. but its hardly increasing the quality of the board is it.

palyer X will score 50 this season

no way player X will never score ten

youre well wrong you are , he defo will

uh, uh. no he wont.

at least when challenged you came up with some sort of reasons i guess.

im going to ignore the stuff about schards. apart from to lol.

Allegedly on the verge of moving to West Brom for £6m and should be tied up this week.

Allegedly.

Would be happier to see him go there and probably get a game (for a decent manager)

Reading FC striker on the verge of £6million move to West Brom

Shane Long could join West Bromwich Albion this week according to reports in Ireland.

It has been reported that the Baggies and Reading have agreed a £6milion transfer fee for the 24-year-old striker who has just 12-months left on his contract.

A four-year contract, worth around £25,000 a week is yet to be finalised, with Long away on international duty with the Republic of Ireland ahead of their friendly against Croatia on Wednesday.

Baggies boss Roy Hodgson looks to be preparing his squad for the arrival of Long by offloading a number of his strike force with Ishmael Miller set for talks with Nottingham Forest today.

Hodgson said last week: "We have a target and we're working on that.

"We have to agree something with his club and make sure he would be happy to come.

"Those are two major question marks but Dan Ashworth is working very hard on it and we hope for a positive outcome."

No fee mentioned, but the source says he's there to finalise before the game against Croatia.
Bid was accepted over the weekend, guessing around 6-7M.

Hope this is true. Not a Championship rival, I club where I can see him fitting in. And plenty of time to add to the squad with the money before the transfer window closes, unlike the Gylfi sale last season.

Looked like a man who was off soon on Saturday. Can't quite put my finger on why. Maybe it was all the applauding the crowd and giving his shirt away... not that he hasn't done that before a few times.

Didn't take a rocket scientist to work out something was afoot .....

1. Shane was last on pitch and gave his shirt away.
2. Hammond was in front of the tunnel waiting for him
