Everyone talks as if Kebe is a legend........When was the last time he strung 3 good performances together? This fella at least has a clean sheet to start with.

Ian Royal only morons said Kebe wasn't a footballer, he was always obviously very talented, and he quite clearly had pedigree. It was a question of whether he could produce an end product and perform consistently or not.

D- must do better with comparisons.

TBF Ian it wasn't a particularly auspicious pedigree. He never played for Lens' first team and the majority of his appearances were for Lens B team and French division 2 outfits.

I remember a big meh at his signing looking at his "pedigree"

It's a punt for sure along with many of our other signings over the past few years. As far as I can see it's a very low risk punt.

We've hardly shoved it all on red. More a case of putting an affordable amount on one number and hoping for the big reward and how many times have we done that.

I"m sure Baseya will be desperate to prove himself, good luck to him!

In that case, about 95% of Reading fans are morons.

Actually, that reminds me. I had a beer with a Frenchman last night (he also works for the Met O) and I told him I'd visited the Waterloo battlefield back in July. He wasn't impressed.

Well it is probably just a field, not a lot to be impressed with these days.
