Didn't think it would be long for my name to crop up. I don't recall EVER saying the deal would NEVER go through - I said there were hold ups. Which there do appear to have been! I also said be careful what you wish for - time will only tell if I was wrong on that..... if this means that we can compete with the bigger boys and get some more quality players etc then I'm all for it - if doing that means RFC ultimately pay the price I'll be devastated - but who knows what the future brings - onwards and upwards.
Another turncoat! Slating clubs for buying success one minute, then championing it the next! :|
What success have we bought you dull, uneducated fuck.

I have been told by my sources that the TSI is not going to go through - so your wind up may be true.

Much love.

What are the conspiracy theorists going to worry about now? The Lower Earley tag team will also have to find a new negativity stick with which to beat the club!

Come on Anton. You have owned the club for an hour or so and still no announcement about the signing of Gylfi Sigurdsson.

Where's the money gone?

So, do all the naysayers now come back with an "I really was talking BS" comment?

One of them is desperately trying to wriggle her way out of it, whilst the other one is clearly a bit mental, so unlikely.

Ideal You are the ones who can't seem to see the wood for the trees, yet you claim I am simple?
If I am simple, then you two are indeed "special".

Have we spent any money on transfers? NO
They need until 2013 to pay the £12M 50% takeover fee - what does that say about their cash reserves?
Have they paid JM yet? My guess, NO!
Will they pass a FAPP test? My guess, NO - probably because no money in bank account
Are we starting construction on stadium expansion? NO, probably because of no money
Is anything at all happening? NO, well we signed one player, with a serious knee-injury, on a free transfer

Warning lights should be flashing, sirens should be whaling, with a big neon sign saying: "SOMETHING COULD BE WRONG HERE!!!?"

Yet the only thing you people are capable of coming up with, is new ways to hurl abuse at me for pointing this out.
Perhaps you should stick your heads in the sand, or lay down on the ground and play dead? Or any other similar way of responding, becoming of your intellectual level.

Hurr durrr, da takeovah is a kommin, hurr durr, I'mma get me sum watamellons, hurr durrrrr, takovah is grrreeattttttttt, we gonna be havvin lodsamonni, we can bi anyoone novv.

Ideal
andrew1957 Is it "next week" this week, next week, or the week after or the week after that?

Genuine question. I am not sure what the definition of "next week" is.

This deal is going to collapse, it is only a matter of time. They can't keep saying next week forever.

Royal Lady When SJM said he hoped it would all be completed by end of March, initially, I can only assume that he didn't think we'd be getting in the play offs! Because, shirley, if he knew that even if the FL ratified it, the PL would have to do their bit, he can't have possibly thought we'd have a chance of being top 6 (let alone automatically promoted) or he would have said something along the lines of, "should RFC achieve their aim of Premier League football this season, the PL will have to do their own checks and this will entail a delay" - however, all he's ever said when it hasn't happened is "next week" - don't his advisers tell him anything?!

Well, apparently Bairam Chainrai can be made the new owner of Poorfsmuff in only 60 days, and quickly passes a fit and proper test, yet our new owners expect us to believe that one week lasts indefinately.

Royal Lady, it is a sad state of affairs when you and I are the only ones who seem to notice that something is odd about this.

I for one think there is no money. There simply is no money.
Zingarevich has previously done the same, approached Everton with no money at hand and monkeyed them around for a while.
I believe he is doing it again. He is pretending he has "loadsamonaayh", and putting up a facade, but when it comes down to it, the funds are not there.

The sooner we pull the plug on this charade, the better.

And FWIW, the rest of the users on here seem to be too taken by the Emperor's new clothes, they are not aware that he is naked.
