Not really. There was an attendance of around 13,000 that night. Not aware that more than 13,000 people have made claim to being there.

I was there. In fact it's coming up to the 40th anniversary of That Goal (31st March 2016).

I was there along with the other 250,000 people. Was magic when he bicycle kicked it from the Spread Eagle after juggling it all the way up and down Tilehurst Road

I'm not aware that more than 13,000 people have laid claim to seeing it (which was the attendance that night). I get the impression that a few hundred have laid claim. Perhaps you've got 250,000 friends...Are they all as equally envious as you?

I would say that is extremely likely.

The most up to date thing I can find is from May 2015 which says filming was due to start in September and IMDB says it's still in pre production. Looks like Sam Claflin is currently filming something else.
