It's an annoying article but attention same time, sadly, spot on.
I think we we finish bottom by at least 6 point because by the time we have left it too late to strengthen the team. And I am sick and tired of being told that team spirit is important. I remember when Terry Bullivant was in charge that the squad was apparently really happy and they lost umpteen games on the trot! I fear that this pattern will be repeated.

If the squad is happy, I would be very concerned. I would want the players not getting a game to be hammering down BMcD's door demanding to know why they weren't getting a game while the current starters are not producing the goods. Are we nasty enough? Obviously not. We need to grow a pair and get stuck in and kick shit out of the oppo. Love him or loathe him, Colin's teams always kicked shit out of you so that you disrupted the opposition's style. We need to learn to play ugly and the sooner the better. The current mode just does not work.

BM wants to be a "nice" manager and that doesn't wash in the Prem league ....you need to be a ruthless bustard....and I don't think BM has that streak in him...hes too cosied up with most of the players and he is blinded by loyalty....

..also like the way that Hammond seems to be a tefal zone when it comes to criticism .... He always comes up smelling of roses ...not sure he should though...can't believe he's not to blame in some quarters ...IMO
