Stupid Free-Kick to give away, Cabaye always likely to score from that range.

Shut up you arse.

We have shown promising signs, and we have had bad decisions go against us.

This is ridiculous, we've basically been undone by this refereeing team twice this season

TBM Back to the bottom of the league

and reality, If we haven't added to the midfield/forward line by the end of January it is over. We have to get results away from home at some point. QPR, Saints and Wigan are going it.. even Villa

Just don't see the benefit of McAnuff in the centre. It doesn't work. Also dropping Jem for McAnuff or Leigertwood is absolute nonsense.

McBirdmott's got it wrong today.

Why does it take the opposition to score before we start to pass the ball?

He is not a central midfielder and certainly NOT in the PL!! We have no one else. Our new signing is short of fitness and the other one Akpan has NO experience at this level!! We have done well so far in the transfer window, haven't we?

We concede at least 3 on every visit to Newcastle so can't see this being any different especially given how utterly woeful we are going forward

Former Tottenham striker Garth Crooks on Yohan Cabaye's opener for Newcastle: "The Reading goalkeeper is too far over to his left-hand side and you are also looking for your wall to be big. When you see Cabaye hit this on Match of the Day later, you will see he doesn't hit it with much pace, but rather guides it into the corner."
