Well this is all wrong. Firstly, Jobi was not immense last season in the championship, in fact he was fairly average. However this season has arguably been his best for Reading and he has also joined up with the Jamaica national team as well as a result of his good performances. He definitely has another year in him at least so no, he is not passed it. and Finally he will not be at Leeds next season!

I think Adkins will need to concentrate on having players that can play a passing game. Will we be willing to waive some of relegation clauses to keep our best players? I understand Hammond is pretty tight but I hope he would be overruled otherwise I can see some departing either to newly promoted clubs or to those in the lower half. I think this is what Adkins will need if we are to compete. Retain Guthrie, Kebe, Pog as I think these are the ones most likely to go.I understand Carrico could be a real star next year as he can play the ball and is a good tackler. Keep Macarthy if he is happy to stay. A new left back, centre half and a goal scorer. Macanuff is likely to switch inside as he is getting too old to go past players.I can see Hunt, Federici, Tabb, Gorks and Ledge all going and of course Pearce and Church
