Do you think Gorkks challenge was a red?

Personally think it was a yellow, but not gonna complain about it being a red either. Stupid tackle

Late and off the ground. What would the reaction have been had it been a QPR player on a Reading one?

Yellow IMO - but the ref was behind him and didn't seem to consult his linesman so I can see how he would give red..

Yellow at best, he touched the ball first, but was overzealous

Now we know it didn't affect today's result, this is the perfect situation.

Gorkss is always prone to a clanger, so it will be good to see how Hector does now.

Definitely not a red by the way

Yellow card. Ref didn't even give himself a chance to think and couldn't wait to send him off.

And as I said on the match thread, if you consider that a reckless challenge then Barton's lunging tackle on Williams was worthy of a second yellow at least.

We would have all been chanting "Off! Off! Off!"
But we do that about 5 times a game so what does that prove?

oxf*rd commentators arse licking the ref.
You could tell they were surprised about the red card coming out, but then they give it the "Obvious red, didn't get the ball."
Followed by a replay, "Oh he did get the ball, but it was still an obvious red."

Gave the referee the chance to send him off. Stupid, stupid challenge.

It's a yellow but Gorkss has given the ref the chance to send him off which as Adkins has just said was the wrong move.

Struggle to get that overturned but I said that last week!

Players will always get away with sly attempts to decapitate a striker but a 'misplaced' challenge in the penalty area is meat and drink to a referee.

One of those borderline red/yellows. No surprise it was off and a terrible decision from Gorkss to fly in.

That was the most obvious red I have seen in a while. Anyone claiming this is borderline should book an immediate appointment with their local optician.
