BFTG Charlton

Left halfway through 2nd half because I was bored to death. Another pathetic display.

Monotonous passing with no purpose, urgency, or end product. Hugely frustrating to watch.

Lots of nice passing but it was all in front of Charlton and didn't test them at all. Badly needed pace to try and get in behind and test them on a day with difficult conditions for defenders.

Can Chris Gunter actually cut out a cross?

Didn't think it was that bad, more that Charlton defended extremely well in numbers. We were pretty solid at the back and it took a good cross for the goal. They offered very little coming forward because they had 9 men defending trying to kill off the game.

Mackie and Kelly worked very well together and Pearce had a good game.

Obita was off his best. Their RB had total control of him, and although Gunter's better defensively on the left, he wasn't any use on the overlap on his left foot.

Three twats sat behind me ruined the game for me. Some squeaky voiced teenager with a trampy moustache thought everyone wanted to hear him reading out all the other scores in the first half and proceeded to whine like a little bitch with his dad during the second. Luckily he demanded his dad's car keys and flounced off at 80 minutes.

Most tactically clueless performance I've seen in years.

Love how this is the benchmark now. We've all got so used to mediocre, pathetic football the upside is always "It wasn't that bad"

Had enough now. We are turgid, slow, sloppy and dull.

No pace, No purpose, No bench to add to anything on the pitch....A very winnable game yet again thrown away....Looking forward to the excuses this time

They defended sufficiently well but not "extremely" well, they weren't tested enough to defend extremely well unfortunately.

Thought we played quite well tbf. Charlton scored with their only attack of the game (other than Feds great double save towards the end) and did a job on us. Bikey and Ben Haim were solid, and our wingers got doubled up on every time. Obita lost all confidence once their right back got the better of him a couple of times.

Are we all getting done by Adkins mind games? Are we all happy now to accept that "we were unlucky" against a mid table Charlton side at home...Never mind it will be back to conceding 3 now we will be away next time, Maybe we will be lucky and only let in 2 :x

We weren't good enough Jeff and haven't been for a while. People are rightly unhappy about that.
