Cant see Reading Wage Stealers winning this one.
If we can't score against Blackpool (yes I know it was 1: 1 but it was an own goal) then no chance here.
Or against Bournemouth, Arsenal etc.
Was hoping this season would be one of consolidation not of despondancy.

Blackburn =/> 1-<2 Reading

Can't see 3 draws on the bounce so I'll settle on 2-1, Hector for us as to be on the optimistic side.

More noise from the Reading fans in the South stand than from the rest of the ground.

1-1 Yakubu long ranger from the chip van

Championship survival

Crucifixions from the HNA team boarders

In a parallel universe we win this 5-0 playing 90 minutes of slick purposeful football.
Meanwhile back in this time-space the team are significantly less than the sum of its parts and somehow cling on to earn a barely creditable 1-1 draw.

Blackburn may already be at the beach. They are down to the bare bones with injuries, will be down after their FA Cup exit, and may play a few kids. I've a feeling SC may go with his strongest side and we may just win it, make it safe, then surrender on Tuesday night.

My prediction for the game is that at some point certain sections of the East Stand will chant "We're going to Wembley, you're not!" At the 150 Blackburn fans.

Snowball Blackburn may already be at the beach.

But the way we've played recently we appear to be at the STD clinic waiting for our clap results.

Absolutely certain away win. Our players have quite predictably packed up and gone home and don't want to risk an injury denying them their chance to pose in their Instagram pictures in and around Wembley. Do you think that Danny Williams might have got himself sent off deliberately the other week to miss a match?

Luckily, Millwall host promotion hopefuls Watford so the damage hopefully won't be too bad. Hoping for a Bournemouth away win tonight and a draw between Fulham and Wigan would be useful. Rotherham have Middlesbrough away which you'd hope would be zero points for them.

1-1 for me. We're limping over the line and there will be a few more changes, but with Wembley a week away I think the players coming in will raise their game. Still won't have enough quality to win, though.

Boring 0-1 defeat, with Rudy Gestede scoring Blackburn's only goal. Neither side has much to play for and Reading players will want to take it easy before next weekend (like, how can they take it much easier than they already are?)

It's a good job there are at least three teams in the Championship that are even more shitty than the Royals this season!

0-0, with the highlight being Gary Bowyer nutting Steve Clarke as a delayed reaction to loosing to a Brendan Rodgers side. Jason Roberts then stepping in to keep the peace but hypocritically accusing Bowyer of Racism for butting a jock.
