Chelsea/Royal Arsenal players already think they are in the final.

So does their fixture list :

I had a dream last night that Hal Robson Kanu nicked the ball off Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in the first minute and then lobbed Szchezny from just inside the Arsenal Half. We held on at 1-0 until Half Time when I woke up, so I fortunately missed the bit where we leaked 4 or so goals in the second half.

Slight flaw in your dream as Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is out for the season and Szchezny is second choice behind Ospina.
HRK is not playing well, so may not even start.

Apart from that pretty accurate

I'm probably barking mad but a couple of people I know think it will be a draw (i.e extra-time). Not feeling it atm but earlier in the week I was dreaming of a win so i'm gonna stick with it and go for the middle option. Still don't see us scoring though, so 0-0 and Arsenal winning it in extra-time.

As I said probably completely wrong, but I do expect it to be more competitive than most people do, so long as we don't concede early. My only concern is that Wembley or Arsenal haven't been good to Fed in the past.

bobby1413 If we can just score at least 1 goal more than them, then we will win.

Thanks bobby, often wondered how it works.

Quite an open first half edged by Reading. Mackie and Giroud hit the bar, Pogrebnyak misses a sitter. Goalless at half time.
Second half is more cagey, but all Arsenal. Ramsey scores in the 65th, Mackie levels up on the 78th.
Game looks to be going to penalties when Yakubu gets through and puts in the winner in the 119th minute.

Well...that's what happened on Fifa, which i'm not very good at.

1-4 Arse.

We score far too late for it to be of any consequence

I predict Dave-Royal will turn up at the Emirates at 3pm, get to Wembley, run on the pitch (or wheelchair), grab the mike and spurt his waffle, shit on the pitch and explode.

We're gonna fukking do 'em!!!!

Got a little drunk and staked £100 at 12/1 at the bookies. I'm still drunk now so it doesn't even seem a bad idea yet.

If I can maintain this level of blind drunken faith til at least kick off I'm golden.

Just realised the follwing : This is my 4th visit to Wembley to watch RFC. The results have been:

Reading 4 - 1 Luton
Bolton 4 - 3 Reading
Swansea 4 - 2 Reading

so it very clear to me today's result is going to be

Reading 4 - 4 Arsenal, and then pens.

In reality, it will be

Arsenal 4 - 0 Reading - so that's my cheeky bet.

That sort of money would get you a deposit on an Arsenal season ticket wouldn't it ?

 I wasn't even that confident that the result (extra-time) would be correct! In the morning I said that Sczecsny (sp?) starting the game actually gave me a bit of hope we might score as well.

BIB :( the fact he was having a great game prior to the winner only makes it worse.
