The end for Sa ?

by MeMeMe » 21 Jan 2016 19:19

So the Hob Nob write up states "Reading manager Brian McDermott expects Kermorgant to play a major role this season - perhaps linking up with Matej Vydra who scored a hattrick in Tuesday night's 5-2 FA Cup win over Huddersfield Town: "In Yann we have an experienced striker with an excellent record and a player who will be able to work with our young players at the club and be a good centre-forward in the team we are trying to develop here at Reading. "

With Sa being an experienced centre-forward... have we seen the end of him at Reading ? what did he do wrong ?

I did consider that, but then it's not a rumour or gossip... it's a genuine question about the team.

Kermorgant is a sensible bit of insurance. If the right deal comes along for Sa, he can go. If not it won't do any harm to have Sa and Kermorgant in competition for the centre forward position.

It's already being discussed under the Sa thread on UR&G.
