TBM Surely the club can do something, maybe in terms of naming something after him - to do with the academy etc

^^ This - The Dolan Stand ?

Massively instrumental of the development of young players, who have benefitted the Club in the past ten years, and an all round good guy.

RIP -

TFF Should've been the gaffer. RIP

If you are going to get a gig as a caretaker manager United at Old Trafford is as good as it gets.

Proper lump in the throat RIP for a good man.

I believe naming the academy after him would be far more fitting than a stand.

I think it should be the academy to, a true reading legend who brought on amazing players and did to the academy what no reading fan thought possible. Amazing man. RIP you will be truly missed

Such horrible news

He devoted 12 years of his life to this club and the academy wouldn't be what it is today without him.

Simply Irreplaceable.

RIP Eamonn, thoughts go out to your family. You will always be remembered <3

Genuinely upsetting.
Always assumed he would be back at work in a few months, fully recovered, continuing his great work.

Massive shame.

Awful news. So very, very sad. Naming the academy after him would be a fitting move.

Thoughts with his friends and family.

RIP Eamonn terrible terrible news taken far too soon.

Agree with the idea of renaming the academy

A match amongst current/previous players of the club in honour of him would also be a fitting tribute with the proceeds going to charity.
