They have Huddersfield away on Saturday so could already be down to that maximum by then.

We can be the ones to kill the dream.

They will only care when they're less than 3 points away from breaking it.

Much like us at the time, I don't remember any real hype about it until the QPR match.

So, erm, do Celtic count as a threat to a British points record? They're well on course to beat 106 (over 38 games too  ). The SPL's record is 103.

Not sure what the Welsh/NI records are...

The SPL this season is like a living version of when you used to cheat on football manager, just pointless.

I can see our one time target Tom Rogic is having a good season, would be hard not to being in the Celtic squad this year i guess.

Emeraldroyal will be having words. He takes great offence at any suggestion Celtic are not a major force in European football.

Looking at the thread in General Football, Celtic have a bit to do to match Sparta Prague's three successive seasons of winning every one of their league games in the early 1920s

Newcastle need to win at least 10 of their last 11 games to beat or equal out record. the way they are playing its certainly not beyond them.

Saved for posterity - so we can look back at them needing 10/10 after we thrash them on Tuesday (tongue firmly in cheek!)

No way. They're so inconsistent. They'll end up losing to Rotherham, Wigan, Wolves or someone like that.

It has to be said, if they were to beat it, you couldn't have any complaints.

Has to be player for player the best quality championship team ever. To be brutally honest with the squad they have they shouldn't have lost at all.
