we've got a favourable run coming up relatively.

Would really like to be safely in mid table by the new year. January looks a tough month (but then on paper at least its pretty gentle to the end of the season)

Old Man Andrews Wycombe still top of League 1. Gareth Ainsworth continues to work his magic.

He certainly does. To come through a stern test like a midweek trip to Portman Road unscathed really goes to show they are in it for the long haul. Possibly this season's Luton? I'm struggling to see otherwise with every passing week. What a club.

Only caught the last half an hour but Fulham were poor in the bit I watched and according to the commentators, didn’t exactly deserve their lead

Swansea, on the other hand had a really good 10/15 minute spell before they fizzled out at the end

Yes only watched the first half, where they deserved their lead

Old Man Andrews

To be honest with the players they have Fulham should be storming the league. Mitrovic is a Premier League striker, no idea how they convinced him to stay there.

Have to look at Charlton dropping into a relegation struggle, after their great start they can`t buy a win now.

Remember when they got upset about our comments that they might be over-performing before our game earlier in the season? I remember my observation that Bolton were in the same position they were at that point of the season got picked up by them.

Since we played each other... they've had 2 wins, 3 draws, 8 losses

The fit they threw when I had the gall to suggest to them on Twitter that they may have gone early with the "Addicks are going up" chants

Wouldn’t bet against the 3 promoted sides all dropping back - though Charlton do have quite a big buffer atm

And Wigan are dire - that might save them

Not surprised about Charlton. They were winning but they were doing it with very few shots.

As soon as the goals dried up they were going to be in trouble.

In Charlton’s defence, apparently they have 12 first team players out injured at the moment. They only had 5 subs on the bench yesterday because of it and have had to give debuts to youngsters recently. I think once Taylor and co are back, they’ll climb up to around 14th

Momentum is a funny thing in this league and can be very tough to stop - why it was important for us to win on Saturday as it keeps our overall upward momentum going. Not saying Charlton will go down but they have Boro and Huddersfield up next - fail to win either of those 2 and it will just be about keeping their heads above water.

Very true. They also have Harry Arter (somehow). The guy is clearly good enough to play for any club in the Premier League.
