Completely irrelevant point, but has there been a change of commercial ruling about which kit the away side can/should wear? There’s no reason why Brentford can’t wear their home shirt against Watford; why then are they in an away shirt?

Because they're playing away?

It’s used to be that you could wear your home colours if there was no kit clash

They're probably contractually obliged to wear their away kit a certain number of times a year to help sales.

Reckon Bournemouth were a little lucky to not have at least one sent off last night for that little scuffle

Can’t remember that McShane/Williams one being any worse than that

I'm not sure there's ever been a rule as such, but for the last decade or so, most teams have only been wearing their home kit in away games if their away kit clashed with the home side's home kit.

Probably not a rule, but could certainly be something that a team has written in their contract with their kit supplier, especially if they're not likely to have too many clashes that season.

Sheffield Wednesday heading further into the mire - PFA called in as the players didn't get their full November salary.

What does it take to get a Norwich player booked. Buendia in 1 minute has stamped on a players heel from behind and given a foul away, then moments later thrown the ball away and thrown an arm at a player.......not a card in site.

At least we game Norwich a game, they could be 6 or 7 up. Cardiff only tactic is hurling throw ins/free kicks in to the box.

Feel Norwich might start to run away with it a bit now - esp if they keep hold of their best players in jan

Someone said on match thread they bet that will be their best half of the season. Looks spot on

It was you indeed

I had to check as I thought it was Country royal. He actually said

"The thing which annoys me is I guarantee Birmingham will say this is the best half of football they’ve played in years."
